Help! Nursery decor?

I am at a loss for the remaining wall of my nursery. One of MH's coworkers surprised us with nursery decor that she made/is making - I was nervous at first because she told us and then didn't actually show us/give us anything for several weeks. But it looks like it's going to be super cute!! Our nursery color scheme is gray/navy/aqua and we are doing elephants. Above our bookshelf she is making letters to spell out LUCAS - they are super cute grey patterned with a light blue backing on top of grey boards. The L is mostly done below, and she's working on the other letters. Above our changing table/dresser, she made two elephant pictures (I love them! But I'm the background is light blue so I'm going to pick up some more aqua colored paper for the background), and we bought a third white gallery frame to put a picture of LO when he's made his debut I don't know what to do over the crib !!! Pics below of the nursery... the dresser and crib are against walls that have white waynescoating and navy blue on the top half. The bookshelf is white against a grey wall. I have been diligently searching Target and Etsy and where ever else online to get ideas and I just don't know. I can't decide if I should do another elephant piece or not We will have those elephant pics above the dresser and then we have a large stuffed elephant, two small stuffed elephants, and an elephant lamp... I don't necessarily want to overdo the elephants... but at the same time, everything is super low key and moderately colored that I don't know if I have to worry about it. 

Thoughts?! Suggestions?! Ideas?!

I think what you have so far is adorable, and I think leaving a wall blank might not be a bad idea. 

I mainly wanted to comment on your cats because I'm June's certified crazy cat lady

I don't really have any suggestions (sorry, I don't have a good eye for design/decor) but.. how adorable are those elephant pics?!?!? And love the color of the firniture.

Love what you have so far! Maybe a wall vinyl quote or something for over the crib? Above my son's crib I have his name is metal letters then a quote from Star wars under it. I've seen a ton of great vinyl quotes on etsy. Some people will do custom ones too.

Yes!  There's the quote, "I am a Jedi like my father before me."  I know I've seen decals of it.  Everything looks super cute!

Sometimes simple is better! Get an elephant mobile for over the crib, maybe even one that is longer/hangs from the ceiling. It will give the illusion that wall wasn't left out. The color alone is plenty!

Are you having newborn photos taken?  What about waiting for a photo you really like and ordering a 16x20 canvas of it and putting it above the crib?  Then you can use it elsewhere in the house if your decor changes and it goes with everything!  Check out Groupon as they have deals all the time

Thanks ladies, I love all these ideas!!!!! My brain is definitely out of freeze mode and I have so many ideas to research!! LO is going to be Lucas James, my husband is having a lot of fun with "Luke, I am your father" HAHA!!
