I am currently 13wks and 2days along and whatever I eat I get hungry 15-30 minutes later no matter what I eat. What are some good filling foods that keep you full? Help

foods high in good fat help me more then protein, you should try both a see what helps you.

Fresh cut veggies and hummus keep me full. Or an apple with peanut butter. Combining fiber and protein might help!
