Childbirth/Baby Basics classes on Long Island?

Has anyone taken a childbirth or baby basics class?  Where?  My hospital doesn't offer them but I see LIJ Manhasset, Winthrop, and Good Samaritan do, for varying prices.  Do you recommend any of them?  I'm in Melville so something close by would be better after work, but we could travel if necessary.
