I would recommend taking the Infant CPR class as close to your due date as possible. I was a life guard for years, and there's a lot that goes in to having a good grasp on infant CPR. Also, it might take some time to wrap your mind around the way chest compressions are done on a baby. It can be scary just to think about it, at the very least unsettling. You'll want that all fresh in your mind, and it doesn't do quite enough in my mind to just reread through any material they give you. The actually performing it is essential.
We'll be doing our ante-natal classes mid-August, 2 weeks before due date! Far from ideal, but I didn't think of it til too late and that's when the next one is.....Well, hopefully it means we'll remember everything when baby arrives.

We had a lady in our class yesterday who was 2 weeks away from her due date and she did great!
