Hi everyone! I've been a long time occasional lurker, but I've begun lurking more lately, so I figured I would introduce myself.
DH and I have been TTC for around 2 1/2 years now. I've been diagnosed with PCOS and struggle with the insulin resistance and other terrible bits that come along with it. We've been working with a RE for about a year now. He seems confident that I'm "an easy case" but I'm starting to get frustrated. I've been through what seems like 1,000 tests and don't feel any closer to a solution. AF is extremely irregular (always has been) at 8-10 months between. I rarely, if ever, ovulate on my own.
I'm on 2000mg of Metformin/day but nothing else so far (besides prenatals).
How do you ladies stay positive/keep from getting so discouraged?
