ICP

I've searched and haven't been able to find anything, I'm new to the bump but have been lurking around. 

Has anyone else been diagnosed with ICP? I got my official diagnosis last week and the itching is unbearable, they have talked about inducing anywhere from 32 weeks on and I'm getting beyond nervous (that is early may for me, due July 4th) 

Any other itchy moms? Everything on google scares me.

My friend was diagnosed with this- it was the first I had ever heard of it (Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy fyi). She was induced three weeks early from her EDD.

OP, I have never heard of this but a quick search and that sounds truly awful!!! Are you working with a High risk ob? While it may not be for that specific reason I believe some moms on here are also possibly being induced early. Stick around for sure and feel free participate... We're a very supportive group!!

I'm sorry you're going through this. Try using the search function as Cholestasis has been discussed several times on the July board alone. You can then expand your search to all boards. There is a ton of great information if you look for it. Hopefully your cholestasis doesn't worsen. Keep getting those levels checked.

my SIL had this with her 3rd pregnancy. She was induced at 36 weeks. Baby was born vaginally without complications and my poor SIL got the relief she needed!
