Hello ladies:)
My LO is exclusively breast fed, aside from eating solids 1-2 times a day. I'd like to start pumping so that when he weans, I'll have milk stored that he can use. The last couple times I've pumped however, I only get a couple ounces at best. Any tips or tricks that I could use so that I can build a decent storage or increase my supply more? I've been trying the mothers milk tea (which helps, and I know I have a lot of milk) but pumping doesn't really get me anywhere.

thanks!
Re: Pumping to store?
- drinks lots, especially 30mins before pumping
- pick one time or certain times a day and pump at the same time so your body adjusts to the demand at that time
- look at videos of baby while pumping (I always just have baby in the exersaucer next to me since I'm on mat leave)
- it can take up to 2-3 weeks for your body to adjust to the added full feeding
good luck!
