Ticker help, please!

I hate to ask this, but what the heck am I doing wrong? I just tried updating my old tickers and adding a new one. I've hit save over and over. I used the html link. What the heck am I doing wrong?

I could never get the ones on The Bump to work.  I had to use the ones on Lilypie.  I copied the Image URL and inserted it where I would insert an image in my siggy.
