2. How far along are you? EDD? 11+6

3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: 
H and I are driving back from visiting my friend in TN today so I'll be in the car all day.  We are 3 hours in and I'm over it.  
We found out last Tuesday that my husband is a carrier for CF as well as Tay Sachs and Canavan disease.  I know my odds for CF are small and my odds for the other two are very small since I'm not Jewish but I feel like I can't catch a break.  Plus it means more blood draws and I feel like a human pincushion so far this pregnancy. 
I wish I could think of a rave so I didn't sound so negative but I've got nothing.  Maybe I'll go with I keep thinking I'm feeling flutters.  I know 12 weeks is very early to feel baby and it's probably not the baby.  But, honestly it makes me feel better so whatever I'm feeling I'm calling it the baby moving. 

4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: NT scan on Wednesday.  I've already had my blood drawn so I'll get my results that day.  We didn't do it last pregnancy but decided to this time around.

6.  What's everyone having? Anyone waiting till birth to find out?  I've convinced myself I'm having a girl.  We will find out at 20 weeks if I'm right.

7. GTKY: What was your first concert?  How old were you?  Anything fun/funny happen? I was 17 and went to see the Goo Goo Dolls.  While my friends obsessed over boy bands and Justin Timberlake I was in love with Johnny Rzeznik.  I actually got his autograph and was so star struck I couldn't speak.  He was so sweet and stood up and gave me a hug and whispered in my ear it was ok and I was so sweet to be so nervous.

2. How far along are you? EDD? 38+3. 4/30

3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: Mucus plug came out two days ago so I feel like things are moving. Midwife said I'm half a centimeter dialated. DH is so anxious wondering why labor isn't progressing quickly he's actually starting to get on my nerves. I told him it could be a week or even 3 weeks because for some ppl it comes out early.
I realize my temper has gotten shorter with everyone and everything. To me that's a sign of prelabor! 

4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: Birth. Hoping she comes this week!

College. It wasn't all that crazy

1. Introduce yourself (if you're new): This is my 2nd week checking in so I'll introduce myself again. I'm Courtney. I just turned 38 on the 15th. My husband and I have been married a little over 3 years. This will be our first child

2. How far along are you? EDD? Due December 5th

3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: I'm waiting on my 2nd ultrasound. Our appointment is at 230 today and I'm super nervous. Last week we saw the baby but he was unable to hear the heartbeat. My doc didn't seem too concerned about that. I'm praying we see and hear something today. 

4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: The next milestone is getting into the 2nd trimester. I think I'll feel comfortable with things as soon as that happens. 

5. Questions: I'm not really experiencing any major symptoms of pregnancy. My boobs are sore and the pain is killer taking off my bra. My stomach gets a little upset after I eat. I have the occasional cramps and twinges. I'm tired most of the day. I'm wondering when does the morning sickness kick in? I don't really "feel" pregnant. Or am I watching too much television?

6.  What's everyone having? Anyone waiting till birth to find out? It's too soon to tell for me. 

7. GTKY: What was your first concert?  How old were you?  Anything fun/funny happen? My first concert was at an outdoor jazz festival. It was fantastic. I was 24 years old.

2. How far along are you? EDD? 15w3d  EDD of 10/7 but i'll go early thanks to GD

3. Rants/Raves/Randoms:  Why morning sickness?  WHY??  i thought you left me, why must you return with a vengeance?

4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: Viability!  It's my next big hurdle.

6.  What's everyone having? Anyone waiting till birth to find out?  We're telling everyone we're going to be surprised....  But yeah, we've gotten our genetic tests back  

7. GTKY: What was your first concert?  How old were you?  Anything fun/funny happen?  First proper concert was Boys 2 Men.  Yep.  I was a fangirl.  The best thing was that it was in Philly so they had this local and unknown girl open for them.  Brandy made it big for herself the next year.

2. How far along are you? EDD? 7w3d, 12/2

3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: I'm so tired and I don't feel well.  I wish I could stay home from work.  Weekends are all I look forward to, so I can sleep, and this coming weekend we're driving 3.5 hours to the in laws for Passover (and I'm guessing the foods will make me nauseated).  Blah.  

4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: 10 week appt in 3 weeks

5. Questions:  Nothing

6.  What's everyone having? Anyone waiting till birth to find out?  I think we will definitely want to find out when the time comes.

7. GTKY: What was your first concert?  How old were you?  Anything fun/funny happen?  My friends at I went to see Dave Matthews Band in high school.  We were in the lawn section and talked/gossiped through the whole thing and didn't really pay attention.

2. How far along are you? EDD? 30w, 3d. June 24

3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: rant=the weather. It was literally snowing here a week ago. Today it's so hot I had to turn on the ac. And I'm swollen like a balloon from it. Which definitely showed when I got weighed at my appointment today. Rave=I'm now gong every two weeks for appointments!  Home stretch!!

5. Questions: none right now 

6.  What's everyone having? Anyone waiting till birth to find out?  I'm having a boy. Then we are done. Three boys is just fine with me!

7. GTKY: What was your first concert?  How old were you?  Anything fun/funny happen? I think I was in first or second grade. My aunt took me to see New Kids on the Block. I wore an outfit entirely made of spandex. Lol

2. How far along are you? EDD? 12w5d, October 27

3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: I've found baby's heartbeat with Doppler everytime I've tried since Thursday! It's such a great reassurance for my PGAL brain! We announced to extended family over the weekend then announced on FB yesterday. Everyone is so excited! 

4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: Feeling movement, probably not for a few more weeks.

7. GTKY: What was your first concert?  How old were you?  Anything fun/funny happen? I've seen a bunch of Christian musicians at youth conventions, I don't remember who was first. I know I saw Rebecca St. James, Philips Craig and Dean, Audio Adrenaline

Had my NT scan this morning.  Baby is measuring 2 days ahead and everything was looking good.  That's one more hurdle down.  7 more weeks till the anatomy scan!
