progesterone cream negative reactions?

Hi all. I started using over the counter progesterone cream on 3dpo for the first time. My temps have been lower than usual over the past couple of cycles. ..so I bought this when I went to pick up my b6. First day using was fine, but by Thursday I started having low grade fevers and muscle pain...my bbt was 99.95 at 5 am the next day my bbt was 100.62 and after that 101.96 and it's been like that since. I also have stomach pain. feels dull and bitter...almost like the flu but not quite, and no vomiting. ...im wondering if I have some kind of virus that's running it's course, or if I'm not responding well to the cream. Anyone have this experience?
