I am not at the moment - I have great health insurance.  But my head injury is pretty bad and the post-concussive syndrome can last for quite some time.  The store is very liable as they had no mats down and had notice (it snowed the day previous) of a slippery condition.

My memory is very foggy and I'm concerned on things I'm missing out or won't remember with my children - especially a new baby.
