Yes, I actually mentioned these in the "$$" thread. Even though they are a bit pricy, they last longer than plastic bottles and don't break down . I HIGHLY recommend them. We have had ours for about 2 years and use the sippy tops instead of the nipples. We plan to use them for this LO as well! They are very durable as DS drops them all of the time. We have a grand total of 6 bottles, 2 small and 4 large. I can say we got more use out of the littler ones in the beginning. Glass FTW!
Thanks so much great to know. I was a little worried due to the fact they are glass but also like the fact they are glass. I think glass would be easier to clean then plastic but I was worried if they were to get dropped if they would break. Also, can they be put in the dishwasher, I assume the glass part can but what about the silicone it's wrapped in?
Yes we put them in the dishwasher and since they're glass, they don't get foggy like the plastic bottles do. We have dropped them on pavement, concrete and our kitchen floor all the time and they withstand the abuse!
I have one lifefactory bottle and love it. It's great. I need to get one of those sippy tops for my kiddo as we work on trying to transition away from the "bottle", @RedMar. Glad to hear you like them.
Great to know, thanks so much. I know sometimes babies have trouble with certain nipples did anyone experience any issues with the nipples of these bottles. I know some bottles also promote non gas, any problems with the bottles or nipples making baby too gassy?
I should have added that we are using the life factory bottle, but a dr brown's nipple and venting system. So I can't say much about the life factory nipples. Al you can do is try. My guy had to try about a 1,000 bottles before we came back around to dr. Brown's. You just never know what your kid will like, so get a few of what you want and realize you might have to change it up anyway!
Hi all, thanks so much for your responses, quick follow up question, does anyone find these bottles to be heavy? My other concern is once my baby starts to grab at the bottle, when they try to hold onto it themselves, that she'll bop herself in the face with a hard glass bottle. I know its protected by rubber but still, there is a heavy glass bottle behind that rubber. Any experience with this? Thank you!
We pretty much exclusively used glass bottles with my kiddo. He only got them occasionally, so he didn't start insisting on holding them himself until much later. But mostly, I just kept one hand on it, even if he was holding it. I think a bonk or two may have happened, but it wasn't a big deal. He has hit his head on much, much harder things and with more force!
I'm glad you decided to go with them! They'll last for YEARS. As @marajay6 mentioned, you can use a variety of nipples with these bottles (I think we ended up using evenflo for most of the time).
Also regarding the heaviness of the bottles, DS ended up doing just fine with supporting them himself (when he was old enough to be able to). In the meantime you'll have to help LO out with the feedings
We used 4 oz Dr. Brown glass bottles, because I couldn't justify the $$$ of the lifefactory bottles. I use a LifeFactory bottle for my water at work though, and have for years. I say go glass, all the way... if you can. If you are ok with the $$$ for lifefactory, go for it. Otherwise, Dr. Brown is a good light-weight alternative.

Good to know thanks! The bottles came in yesterday and I love them. I love the colors and it didn't think it felt too heavy at all. I think they'll be super easy to clean and I love that a variety of different nipples can be used. Thanks for all the great info everyone!
