How fast it seems to be going! Seems like it was just Christmas and we were announcing it and now we're into the 6th month. What?!

What size is baby? cantaloupe or a dragon egg
Rants? Raves? Symptoms? wrist and hip pain (what?) And a return of nausea & dizziness. Lots of movement but of a different style (more rolls) and all over the uterus.

I was finally feeling tons of kicks when she was head down but she must have flipped because I've only felt some light flutters really low the last few days
What size is baby? Hedgehog, which seems too small when last week it said sugar glider. Hmmm...

Rants? Raves? Symptoms? Just more pressure than before. We had our anatomy scan yesterday and everything looked great! We also toured the maternity ward and when they showed me a delivery room I couldn't stop thinking....this is where it will happen!

I was surprised that I was able to feel movement at 18 weeks. My doctor told me I probably wouldn't feel anything till 20-22 weeks as I'm a FTM.
I've been able to feel her multiple times every day. Usually mid-morning and then evening. I also can't believe I'm halfway there!

Rants? Raves? Symptoms? Oh the random symptoms! Sciatica like whoa, my hands and sometimes feet keep going numb, leg cramps, headaches, and my back started hurting yesterday. It's all part of the process.
Questions/anything baby related going on? Does potty training her brother count? Next appt is in 2 weeks. I can't wait to hear her heartbeat again.

I'm surprised that, besides the random pains I'm having, overall I feel great. With DS, I was so tired all the time. I didn't want to do anything and just sat around. With this little lady, I'm fine walking around all day and chasing DS. It's nice to not feel useless!

Rants? Raves? Symptoms? Getting bigger fast, which is leading to hip and back pain. Still haven't felt any movement, which makes me concerned, even though I keep hearing that is normal for lots of women.
Questions/anything baby related going on? We purchased our first big-ticket item, the carseat/carrier/stroller combo system (we got the Chicco Keyfit 30 system, which had high ratings on Consumer Reports). We're going to start making those big purchases one by one every two weeks or so, aka every pay period. It feels good to have one done!

Every new symptom feels like a surprise, even though most of them are common knowledge or well-documented in the pregnancy books. They feel like such a surprise when they actually happen to you! All your life you're used to your body looking and acting a certain way, and it all gets turned on its heard. The exhaustion late in the first trimester, the first stretch mark appearing, the first time I noticed my feet swelling, each time I was like "whaaaat?"
What size is baby? Well according to the anatomy scan he's a big boy, 14oz a week ago.

how much strength I've lost! I lifted heavy weights pre pregnancy and now can hardly lift anything. My endurance has also plummeted. It's fine, growing a baby is way more important and awesome but I've been shocked how quick the strength and endurance loss came on!

@squishy0511 The bucket seat is totally worth it in those early months! If they're all cozy and sleeping in there, you can just take the whole seat with you. Plus, if you are in a store/running errands, you can put it down when paying etc.

I think having a doppler has helped that tremendously. And how fast it has flown by! I can't believe it's already April.
