I'm pretty sure no one here can give you real medical advise, especially without an exam. I suggest you call your Dr. or nurse hotline if you are very concerned (as I assume you are by your use of exclamation points).
When I've experienced this it's been gas but like PP said, you should call your doctor if you're worried. My experience has no bearing on yours. Good luck!

I agree with PP, seek advice from your doctor. I will say, however, that both times I've been pregnant I've ovulated from my right side and the ultrasound tech told me I may have some tenderness or pain on that side because of the cyst formed after implantation (necessary to sustain the pregnancy) and I did have some sharp pains on that side for a while but it eventually went away.
