35 weeks (on Thursday)

Symptom: starting to get kicked awake... so I'm tired.

Highlight: I coached high jump last night and a girl on our team took first place and a few of the boys did much better than I expected

Questions: Are there any online sites that you can order prepared food? I mostly know of ones that send ingredients for you to prepare. My bff is due April 11 and I thought it would be nice to send some food but she lives in a different state! Maybe I should just send them a pizza?

Baby item: its not really a baby item... but FIL built an awesome rocking horse! I can't wait for baby to be big enough to use it!!!!

36 Weeks tomorrow!

Symptoms/updates/rants? I got a little freaked out last night, after eating dinner I started feeling very nauseous. I've had the nausea all 3rd tri but this was way more intense. Also feeling a lot of abdominal pain/discomfort. Like stomach cramps, but all over. and baby was moving around a ton which didn't help.I started feeling achy like when you're getting the flu, I could not get comfortable at all so I just went to sleep. I thought maybe it was some sort of BH but it didn't come in waves that I could measure. Just an hour of feeling terrible. Is it possible to get BH but not the wave-like intervals. I was doing a lot during the day and pretty worn out. Today I feel fine so I don't know what's up with my insides, does this sound like something I ate or contractions?

A highlight from your past week? My department hosted a shower for me at work. People are so generous, I can't wait to pay it forward in the future when we are better off financially.

Questions for the group? see above! I posted in the symptoms thread but stuff gets buried there. I can't tell if I'm having contractions ever when I feel pain/discomfort.

What baby item do you have that you are you the most excited about? My moby wrap!

How many weeks? 36 (tomorrow)

Symptoms/updates/rants? Oh, so many. Heartburn, nausea, headaches, pressure, intermittent back pain, swelling, fatigue-- but also excitement! LO is still switching up his position every few days, but I'm sure he's going to run out of room to move that much in the next week or so. He seems to be head down, butt and legs to the side recently. And super low.

A highlight from your past week? It's a tie between my back feeling much better since my chiropractor appointment and DH & DS being cute interacting with LO in the bump.

Questions for the group? Has anyone have an ECV in a previous pregnancy? My OB is going to check position again this coming Tuesday, and if he's not head down and has enough fluid to move, this is an option. I'm going to definitely pick the OB's brain about risks/cons, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience. The pro would of course be that I'd be able to try for a vbac if it's successful.

What baby item do you have that you are you the most excited about? I'm excited to get use out of my wrap carriers again-- and I got a few new aden+annais muslin swaddles with cute hot air balloons on them.

EErin86 you could order meals for her on GrubHub if she lives in a large-ish city/suburb. Or you could send gift cards to some restaurant chains that have easy pick up like Peiway or CPK.

@Lusitano8 I have had a few evenings of feeling terrible with similar symptoms. Usually I just lay down or go to bed figuring if it gets worse I will wake up. So far everything passes relatively quickly. My guess is to much activity and either too much food, not enough water, or something weird added to my paranoia of getting sick. I'm glad you feel better!

How many weeks? 34 tomorrow

Symptoms/updates/rants? TIRED and distracted at work.

A highlight from your past week? My coworkers also threw me a little shower/potluck this week. It was great!

Questions for the group? None right now. @kbrands7 I've never tried an ECV, but it's definitely interesting. I would probably consider it if my doctor would do it (I'm not sure if she does or not).

What baby item do you have that you are you the most excited about? I got a K'tan wrap at my shower, but didn't care for it when I tried it on. I returned it and ordered a Solly Baby wrap and I just love it. It's so soft and lightweight. I think the biggest reason why I didn't like the K'tan as much as the Solly is because I am tall with a long torso, so I feel like the Solly wrap customizes to my body a bit better. I'm so excited to carry baby in it!

I'm also excited to go running with my jogging stroller, but I obviously won't be able to do that until baby is older.

How many weeks? 35 tomorrow! (Where has the time gone?!)

Symptoms/updates/rants? I'm actually feeling mostly ok, apart from the sweating, and the pressure in my pelvis making me walk SUPER slow now. I think he has dropped, and my belly just keeping getting lower and lower-- which shouldn't even be possible at this point.

A highlight from your past week? My work threw me a shower last week, and gifted us a lot of cool stuff.

Questions for the group? None right now

What baby item do you have that you are you the most excited about? Hmm. That's a tough one. Probably the boba wrap that we got at the shower. All the super cute hand-me-down clothes? I'm much more excited about the meeting the little guy than all the stuff he requires

How many weeks? 34 weeks today!

Symptoms/updates/rants? I've had morning sickness the last two days, for the first time since my first trimester. Baby must be running out of room!

A highlight from your past week? I had a lot of fun last Saturday with my mom shopping for the nursery. Then, this afternoon, I pulled into the driveway after work to find two surprise presents for the baby waiting on the porch!

Questions for the group? What are you doing to manage sciatic nerve pain?

What baby item do you have that you are you the most excited about? I think I'm most excited to see her interact with her plush baby doll for the first time. I'm also excited to use my breast pump, but I think that might be because I'm going to have a "hey, this actually works!" moment. haha.

Im 33 weeks today! I hate some of the bump fruit comparisons but they do make my SO and I WTF and laugh... Durian... what the heck?!

Starving but only able to eat a tiny bit at a time is frustrating and very inconvenient at work. She has been bouncing off the walls but as soon as anyone touches me she freezes its hilarious. Drives my SO nuts because he sees my stomach dancing but nothing when he puts his hand there. He does catch her sometimes and his face lights up I love it

This past weekend we found a house we realllllly like and put in offer in this week. Cross our fingers and toes we will know tomorrow!!

Im most excited for baby everything! My shower is not until the 24th

its been killing me not to buy cute stuff I see and just stocking on stuff I know we need since my family is huge and we will thankfully get a bunch from the shower. So I want to save my coupons till I know what we are missing and need more of.

@Victoria52516 haha I also have a "shy" baby. DH likes to tell me he is just really good at calming the baby down. It is almost always sleeping for doctors appointments too

How many weeks? 33 weeks

Symptoms/updates/rants? Heartburn, morning sickness (wtf!), fatigue. I have a full on pregnancy waddle and I'm generally uncomfortable every day. I know that sounds really negative but if I'm being honest..

A highlight from your past week? I'm finally getting settled into our new home which is awesome. The highlight is going to be tomorrow though! DD is going to the baby sitters, and mama is getting her hair did and a prenatal massage. Win.

What baby item do you have that you are you the most excited about? I washed and put away all of the little onesies and I can't wait to put them on this little guy or gal! Like @kbrands7, I'm also excited to break out my wraps and carriers for this LO. I've been really good about not buying much for this babe, but this weekend, I'm going to shop for some gender neutral things so this kiddo has some fresh gear

@Jenly17 I know what you mean about being generally uncomfortable! I've had a return of first trimester symptoms too, so especially when people who know me well ask how I'm feeling, rather than replying my default of "pretty well" or "excited" I'll ask if they want the honest reply. Which is damn uncomfortable...but excited.

How many weeks? 36 today (Thursday)

Symptoms/updates/rants? Seriously everything hurts. As to be expected at 36 weeks. But seriously, ouch.

A highlight from your past week? I have only 3 more dr appts until baby boy is here!!

Questions for the group? Anyone else hardly ever feel hiccups? I felt them ALL the time with DS1 but this time I've felt it like twice.

What baby item do you have that you are you the most excited about? Our new car seat just came in and I'm very excited about it. I liked the one we used before but I think this one will fit in our car better.

How many weeks? 34

Symptoms/updates/rants? I thought I was just really, really constipated (I am on an iron supplement) because I've been having insane pressure in my hips/back. Starting to suspect that LO is actually just hanging out in that area now, though, because when I start feeling that pressure I can't feel her anywhere up front, where she usually is.

This. Pressure. Is. Driving. Me. Insane.

A highlight from your past week? The baby shower was nice, and it was good to see some people that I haven't seen in awhile.

Questions for the group? I don't know. I can never remember what I wanted to ask by the time I get to this point.

What baby item do you have that you are the most excited about? Probably my diaper bag. It's a canvas mustard yellow messenger bag that my sister ordered off of etsy for me that I absolutely LOVE. Now all I need are some inserts to store various essentials in and it'll be complete!!
