Yesterday I had the day off and I did next to nothing. Didn't even shower. Haven't showered since Sunday morning. Headed to work soon, so obviously going to shower now. Felt good to have a day to myself and putt around the house.
I haven't showered daily since DS was born. For a really long time I just couldn't find time daily between work, DS and DD, and keeping the house running. Then I got used to every other day showers.
This isn't really TMI but it's gross. I took my daughter to the park and then I came home and ate a bag of chips. When I stood up, a chip was on my pants so I ate it (hey, we don't waste chips in my house) and it was most definitely a piece of mulch from the park. Bleh.

Fiber is important!

I pooped twice today! Before today, it had been days! I've been so backed up and I feel like I could float now!
Also, I think my husband is really getting tired of me telling him about my daily poop log (heh, log). We never talked about it pre-pregnancy because, well... it was just a normal every day thing we didn't need to talk about. Now, I'm like "OMG I can't poop and I wanna diiiiie!" almost every day and he's like "...I'm sorry...?" Hey, if I have to go through all this crap (or lack thereof), then he should at least have to hear about it!

Ummm who actually showers every day?! I only wash my hair once a week. It's supposedly better for your hair anyway. Took me a long time to get to once a week though.
I second all the poop being backed up too. Once I do poop it's the heaviest poop ever and makes a pretty big splash.
I feel like "I pooped today" is a legitimate achievement when pregnant. Unfortunately, my stomach hates me and I'm back to diarrhea.

I'm having poop problems too. This happened last pregnancy and I remedied it by taking these little "fiber gummies."
well... The fiber gummies apparently taste too damn good (think jujubees) because I went a little overboard yesterday, and last night I had the most intense gas I have EVER in my life experienced.
I now have a little jet pack which helps propel my slow ass. Looking forward to that going away soon hopefully.

Welcome to parenting, where the timing, texture, colour, odour, presence or absence, and volume of faeces become topics of not infrequent conversation.

I hear ya. Was out with a friend and literally had to run as fast as I could from her car into my house stripping off my coat and boots as I was literally 8 seconds away from shitting my pants. You'll be happy to know, I made it. But it was pretty.

LOL @KilgraveMadeMeDoIt I was going to say the exact same thing to @shamrocandroll. If you don't already have a child then you will very quickly learn that poop becomes everything lol. Exactly as she said the timing, frequency, texture, color, etc etc WILL be the topic of daily conversation in your home for a while LOL
I didn't have a TMI for yesterday, but a couple hours ago I came very close to pooping my pants while I was vomiting up my breakfast... Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, I guess??
