Sorry if someone has already asked this.
I get a head rush literally every time I stand up, whether I was sitting or laying down. I lose all vision almost every time so i have to lean against a wall or something so i dont lose my balance until I get my vision back. I try to take my time when getting up but it doesn't seem to help much. My m/s (ALL DAY) has been preventing me from eating and drinking proper amounts of everything, so could this possibly cause the head rushes? I know it can be common during pregnancy but I never had this issue so often with my first.
Anyone else experiencing this too?
Oh and I am currently 8w6d.

A little under 50% MORE in your body. This contributes to that light headed feeling. Go slow getting out of the shower. It should balance out a bit and you will get more accustomed to it. If @KilgraveMadeMeDoIt will oblige, she'll Science it better than I.
There's a bunch of factors at work and your normal regulation of BP gets changed during pregnancy. Between the increased blood volume, particularly because of the fact that your plasma volume increases before your red cells do, and the decrease in peripheral resistance, your BP goes down and is slower to compensate when you have big changes like standing. Your heart has to compensate, or you pass out and end up horizontal which effectively does the same thing. It's called orthostatic hypotension and it's really, really common in pregnancy.
Just be really, really slow getting up and either don't cross your legs while sitting or at least uncross them long before you get up (you increase resistance with crossed legs so your body will adapt to that while you're seated, then as soon as you get up, that resistance is gone and blood rushes to your legs, making it harder for your heart to ensure adequate pressure to supply your brain.) If you're lying down, sit up first for a minute and put your feet on the floor before you attempt to stand. As others said, keep hydrated! And not just water if you are not eating or you are vomiting a lot because you need more than that to keep your blood volume up if your normal regulation is disturbed by vomiting or lack of intake. Make sure you're drinking stuff to keep your electrolytes up. Gatorade, Pedialyte, homemade electrolyte solution popsicles, even. If you're not able to keep enough down to keep your BP where it needs to be, sometimes it's necessary to do IV rehydration.
Talk to your doctor.
