Freemie - Pumping Hands Free?

Has anyone used this before? Heard of this before? It seems like an amazing product that would help with pumping. I love that you can be hands free instead of stuck there like a factory waiting and holding the bottle(s). Any opinions, please share. https://www.freemie.com/

I've seen it.  I had a few moms in my last group that used it.  Its not super great or recommended by any of them.  When pumping most of the time in order to extract the most milk you have to massage your boobs as you go.  I definitely recommend getting a hands free pumping bra, which has the same concept as a freemie, you just can see the pump through your shirt or whatever.  I used it to pump in the car, in my office, basically always. It freed up my hands to type, drive, massage, whatever.

Ive heard its expensive and not as effective as a normal pump.  I think it would be great to have maybe as a secondary pump if you wanted to use it while driving or something like that.

You can attach the freemie cups to other pumps too.  I'd like to try them for work so the risk of being exposed is less.

Get a hands-free bra and a good suction pump like a Medela. I used to pump in the car and would just throw my nursing cover over me. And I shut the door to my office while pumping at work so I didn't care that I was exposed.

I have these after ds didn't latch and they are nice to have in some situations but not good for everyday. Their suction is poor and I'd overfill them at times and not know until it was spilled. They are great for driving, although most times I just threw my nursing cover over me while driving and no one knew with the others. And if your little one wouldn't want to be put down I could slide them in while he slept. But for most of my pumps I preferred my regular parts. Agree with the hands free pumping bra simple wishes was the best I found. My medelas stretched out

As an exclusive pumper for over a year and a participant in various exclusive pumper boards/groups - general consensus was that they are Lower profile and less conspicuous than traditional pumps but the output was less and I don't think the cups hold as much.  My preference like PP mentioned was my Medela PISA, hands free pump bra ( I liked the Pumpease bra off amazon).  I always pumped hands free and alls you need is a car adapter to plug into and a nursing cover and you are good while driving.

I would agree with a Medela and a hands free bra. The hands free bra in a MUST.

Agree with PP, I used the PISA and a Simple Wishes hands free bra (easy to wash and didn't stretch out) at work from 10 weeks until 12 months, twice a day.  I was still able to read, work, etc. while pumping.  That said, I made sure to not work the first few months because I wanted to establish a stress free pumping experience to help with supply.  Once I got used to it, I would work during that time.

I came THIS CLOSE to buying them last time but decided against it.  I saw too many reviews that they weren't very powerful.  I stuck with my Medela PISA and a couple hands-free bra.  I didn't have to worry about covering up because I would pump in the Mother's Room at work, I'd just bring my computer and whatnot with me.
