Baby now won't nap in crib but used to so well?!?!??!

Any tips on helping baby nap in crib? My son has been the best when it comes to sleeping. But the last few days he will not nap in his crib!!! I end up having to rock him his whole nap or he won't fall asleep.

This is  my LO!  She stopped napping in her crib maybe 3 weeks ago?  She has to be held the entire time or she won't sleep.  Except at daycare - they have this soft little rock 'n play thing she will sleep like a log in.  My son went through the same thing.  I don't remember how old he was when we started to try to get him in the crib again, but I think he was older, maybe 8 months?  It was rough, we started by rubbing his back the whole time, holding his hand while he was in the crib, then staying right next to the crib, then in the room within eyesight, and eventually out of the room with the door shut...over the course of months!  LOL.  Sigh.  There's got to be a better method.

My daughter is doing this too, but she is also teething so I think they may be related?
