Baby Cache Montana Crib

We have the Baby Cache Montana crib which was used for both our children. As of right now we are not planning on having any more and are thinking of converting this crib into a full size since the 3 year old is starting to outgrow his toddler bed, so we'll give the 2 year old the toddler bed for now and might convert the crib into a full size bed or maybe will get bunk beds as both kids are sharing a room.

Has anyone converted the Baby Cache Montana crib and if so did you use the conversion kit or a steel fame? Thanks for your answers!

We have a baby Cache Heritage I think. We used the conversion kit with the wood side rails when we converted it to a full. We have since converted it back into a crib since #2 is on the way.
