Having trouble breathing?

Hey im 29 weeks and this is my first. I get that everyone is different and i know the baby is running out of room but does anyone else havr trouble  breathing  lying down ans sitting up? The only place my breathing is comfortable is when im standing

I'm 33 weeks and I've definitely been having trouble breathing the last few weeks.  Mine is worst when laying down as well.  I think it's totally normal

Totally normal. Once your baby drops, you will breathe easier. Then you will have issues with pressure on the other end, and need to pee every 10 seconds.

I've found when laying down to elevate my arms (put them over my head or hug a pillow higher up) to open my airway a little more.

definitely normal, nothing to worry about! it's just you & baby running out of room.

Yes, although I do find that if I lay on my side for a while, sometimes she'll shift and let me breathe again
