Water and smoothies have helped me. Try some papaya, yogurts, and maybe a probiotic to help your tummy. Worst case, call the doc and ask if there's something you can take to get things moving along.
It is better for you to drink more water if prune juices is not working with you. Or you can ahve this Digestic by Mimonis which is very good in relieving constipation problem. It works well on when I am constipated and I am sure it will do the same for you.
