Hi everyone!! My name is Rachel, and I am new to this site. My husband and I have been trying for 3 months, with no luck. I have been taking prenitude for a couple weeks. I'm really hoping this works! Does anyone have any advice for me?

Lurk more, read the newbie thread, read Taking Charge of Your Fertility, buy a BBT thermometer, and participate in the WTO/TWW threads.
And change your username so we can distinguish you from all the other Knottie#s. You need to log on to The Knot using the same log-in information you use here to change your username.
Is there a specific reason you are taking pregnitude? I had never heard of it, but from what I just quickly read on their website, it is for people who know they have some fertility issues. Three months, though I know it seems like forever, is no time to think there is something wrong unless you already know you have anovulatory cycles or PCOS or endo or something.
My doctor recommended it because I have irregular periods.
That doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong, though. I highly recommend charting to see if you are ovulating. If you are, then you probably don't need to take this. It will also help you with timing sex to improve your chances each month.

I had a quick look at their website and it's just folic acid and myo-inositol. They claim it regulates menstrual cycle, but they have a disclaimer at the bottom of the website that the claims they make have not been evaluated by the FDA and that the product is not intended to treat or cure any disease.

It always baffles my mind that people don't ever actually make sure things are FDA approved and/or read the disclaimers. Like... so many companies would be out of business if they did...
Studies have demonstrated that myo-inositol (a B vitamin) can be helpful in regulating cycles for women who have PCOS, particularly insulin - resistant type. If you haven't been diagnosed with PCOS, I'm not sure why your doc would recommend it.
As PP's said, 3 months is not a long time to be TTC without getting KU (especially if you're not temping or tracking ovulation).
I would suggest that you quit the supplements (unless you have PCOS) and start temping.

It can take a healthy couple up to one year to conceive.
Hi Rachel! welcome to the community! My advice, read the newbie thread at the top. It's long but SOOOO worth it. It explains how the community works and what is and is not allowed on the site. I know it seems weird to have "rules" but we have people who have been TTC(trying to conceive) anywhere from 1 month to multiple years. These guides keep things ordered, respectful and easy to navigate, both for newbies and advanced members. Don't get down about three months. You still have plenty of cycles before you have to worry.
also, when people ask questions they are just trying to get a guide on your specific situation. Many people just starting ask questions without giving those who have been here a while the full story, leading to confusion. (Such as you saying you're taking medication without saying why)
Also many questions can be put in the WTO (waiting to ovulate) or TWW (two week wait) threads. Just mention you have a question at the top of your update and many will be jumping to help:)
It might take a bit longer . I had been ttc for about two years. I tried prenatal vitamins and ovulat fertility supplements which helped, and got me pregnant with my first baby. You can check these products on secretsoftea.com. I highly recommend, they are very effective.
@roslyn09 If you could STOP resurrecting threads that are older than the majority of people on this board, that would be great. It's totes cool if you want to look back and read them, but for those of us who have been around the entirety of the time you're resurrecting, it really just brings back the heartbreak of how LONG this devastating MC after MC journey has been.... and NO, some extra vitamins aren't just going to magically help...
