Early spotting around 5 weeks

Hi ladies..I did a FET on March 8 and POAS last saturday at 11dp5dt and got my BFP..I went for my first beta on Monday at 13dp5dt and had a great first number in the 900's. On wed it was in the 1800's and yesterday it was over 4300.  Last night I had some spotting..at first it was very slight and then about 2 hours later it was a bit more pronounced and brighter.  That only lasted a short while, and all of this was only when I wiped. I was up most of the night worried out of my mind and constantly going to the bathroom to check.  Over the night and today there is very minimal spotting that if I wasn't examining everything like a crazy person I probably wouldn't even notice it. 
I spoke to a nurse both last night and this morning and neither is really concerned..I am not having any cramping (although every twinge I now feel makes me worried cramps are coming) 

I know spotting can be perfectly normal but anyone have experience with this?? I am on PIO injections and estrogen injections so no suppositories to cause irritation.

I had spotting for almost a month and all is well here. As hard as it is, try not to worry! Spotting during pregnancy is much more common than you'd think. Do you have your first ultrasound scheduled yet?

Thanks @riveridgional..that is reassuring..how often and how much were you spotting?
My first ultrasound is scheduled for Friday 4/1..I will be 6w 1day

I had a bit of spotting, just when wiping, usually after a *tmi* bowel movement. It is no big deal to have just a tiny bit when you wipe. When I told my doc about it he was like "yeah, that happens, no big deal".

I hope you get to feel better about it soon!

@rachlee2010 First of all, congratulations! I remember you from the infertility boards and I'm so happy for you!! Second, spotting is completely normal, and so is some slight cramping. I didn't spot, but I did cramp a little from time to time, due to the uterus growing. I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry!!

Thanks everyone  @AdorkablePixie I remember you too!!  My dr ended up calling me Sunday after seeing the nurses notes and let me come in yesterday just for peace of mind. My sac was measuring 5w 5d and the yolk sac was measuring what it should be and there was no heartbeat yet but he wasn't concerned.  Hoping when I go in on Friday there will be one!
