What are some of your favorite pregnancy movies and tv shows? I find myself watching them a lot more being pregnant and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I really like What to Expect When You're Expecting.
Business of Being Born One Born Every Minute (both US and UK versions) Baby Story Birth Day Supernanny Twice Born 16 and Pregnant Teen Mom Teen Mom OG Teen Mom 2
So so so so *so* good, and the first four seasons are on Netflix.
It's about British midwives/nurses in the (very poor) East End of London in the 1950's and 1960's. A fantastic show, and I've learned a lot about childbirth from it (also, about how much things have changed!).
It's also really comforting (for me) because it reminds me that people have been doing this "birth" thing for quite some time and in less than stellar conditions.
Junior is horrible but I love it! I remember my mom would never let us rent it, "she said it is just plain wrong"...but then she would let us rent horror movies lol.
I gotta say I watched a horror movie where a woman tried to steal another woman's baby from the womb. Usually horror movies don't get me too bad but that one left me crying and very wary of strangers!!

Speaking of pregnancy in movies/TV shows- has anyone else noticed they get *so many* things wrong about pregnancy? I've seen a couple shows lately where the woman looked 7 months pregnant right at the beginning of pregnancy, or they find out the sex on an ultrasound ridiculously early (like, at around 8 weeks).
