Yes! My last period was 4/1/15 found out I was pregnant a little later than others and was always lurking here. I joined long ago when I was pregnant with my son. February '13 board is dead and I missed being in an online community so I came back on here not too long ago.
But I am getting a little sad... I can't believe it's been almost a year I found out I was pregnant
Omg! Before I read this I was lurking over there and it is so weird! I was actually a January 2016 initially but DD came a few days early so then I got to meet all you lovely ladies
Lol I was just telling my husband that I can't believe it's almost been a year since we found out we were pregnant and had our lives completely changed! I kinda miss being pregnant too. You ladies helped make it fun.
I *say* I miss being pregnant but then I rethink and I realize that my pregnancy sucked so bad. Horrible morning sickness, horrible heartburn, my body was constantly sore and swollen, and I gained 60 lbs (wth?!) But I still miss feeling the baby inside like the kicks and punches and rolls. And seeing the little heartbeat and the ultrasound and fussing who they look like!
My LMP was February 22nd and I found out I was pregnant March 31. It just seems like yesterday I was giving all that information to my obgyn but it's been almost a year and my little man is 4 months old already. Jeeze.
I was just thinking about how April 10th will be one year that I got my BFP (haven't used that acronym in a while!!). And how one year ago now was the cycle we got knocked up.
It went by so quickly. They're going to be 1 before we know it, y'all!
Definitely miss being pregnant some days. I can't believe its been almost a year since we found out! I love creeping on the other boards. I especially love reading posts by people in their first tri complaining about aches and pains, like JUST WAIT. haha
I told DH I was pregnant around this time last year, I tried to hold out until his bday that was only a week away and hand him a present at our fancy dinner with some baby shoes in it or something like in the YouTube videos, but couldn't take it anymore and spilled the beans in a non creative "hey I'm pregnant" way.
@JElizbetty I wouldn't have been able to hold out either!! We had been trying for almost a year and I had a good feeling about that cycle. I took a pregnancy test at like 5 am and woke up DH 2 minutes later. The test turned positive nearly as soon as I was peeing on the thing!
I took a pic of my digital pregnancy test the day I found out (my son was ivf so I never took a home test)- I can't wait for it to show up on my time hop so I can do a side-by-side of it & dd she was a complete, shocking surprise - we are so lucky.
I can't believe it's been almost a year already. We had my IUD out in December, I had three regular periods and then in April no period! We went to Bristol last year and now when I look back at pictures I can say "I was pregnant with you in that picture and didn't know it!"
What's funny is that we conceived on my brother's birthday, had our first positive test on my FIL'S birthday, and brought little man home New Years Eve. Fun fun.

I just laughed out loud reading your post and woke my baby up. Shame on me, lol, I couldn't help it.
@blended10 I think our board is unique, seeing as we all stick together and are generally close to eachother in a creepy internet sense lol. I expect posts from the same people and I've gotten to know personalities based on posts and comments. We don't hold grudges and we genuinely care for eachother?
We we got to know each other without intros!
In in being all sappy because I'm in a high emotional state right now LOL
I can't believe our los are already near 4 months old. It makes me so sad. I found out I was pregnant on Easter last year. Easter will always be extra special now! I miss being pregnant sometimes and then I remember what it is like to be pregnant. Ha!
Good points, all. Last year at Easter my husband made a comment about me being pregnant but we didn't know yet- and we hadn't been "trying". Funny to look back now.
