My 9 month old is teething and has had a very bad cold he hasn't eatan for 8 days he's on antibiotics doesn't always drink his milk just not interested in anything anyone else been through this

I haven't had anything like this happen, I'm sorry I have no experience to share. I am wishing your little man well though.

Seriously though, 8 days is a long time to go without eating. Please contact your pedi's office

I wonder if you mean 8 days not as much as he normally does or 8 days period? 

Definitely call your ped or even your family doctor. How many wet/dirty diapers is he having a day?
