Hey @jmaines821 I think you'll have a lot of people commiserating in the symptoms check-in thread!! Unfortunately threads like this will clog up the board, but the symptoms thread is a definite weekly check-in that everyone can search for and commiserate together

For the last week I have been starving at all times! I can't seem to eat enough. I remember going through spurts like this with my DS as well. It comes and goes.
I am only 4 weeks but I have felt so hungry since I received my positive. I usually am able to last at work without eating lunch but these last few days I am starving by 11am
So I'm 9w 1d right now and all week I've been eating my usual yogurt before work, then as soon as I get to work I have my "lunch." I can't wait. I just finished my lunch and I know that when noon comes I'll be buying something (small, but still). The later in the afternoon I don't want to eat except to help the nausea. Anyone else super hungry in the AM?
@whaat me! When I get up in the morning I have to be eating breakfast within 2 minutes or I feel like I'm going to pass out. I've been eating lots of cereal as it is the quickest thing to start eating.

Since I am following the gestational diabetes diet I am not as hungry. I basically eat at two/three hour intervals all day. Higher protein and lower carb selections keep me full longer. But there are days where only a donut will solve life's problems.
I eat 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 post-lunch snack, dinner, and a post-dinner snack. And sometimes I'm up at 3am for a snack. It's insanity. For me, it usually calms way down after the first tri.

I'm glad I'm not the only one on a 2 meal plan. 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, dinner and then an after dinner dinner. They aren't big meals, but the frequency is somewhat alarming.
I've gotten into a habit of breakfast when I wake up and then 2nd breakfast at work. I walked by Taco Bell the other day and was thinking about their late night "4th meal" ads. By that time, I'm on 8th meal at least. Those stoners have nothing on pregnant ladies.
I eat lots in the morning and then go to bed on an empty stomach. Case in point, last night's dinner was not a meal. This morning, I compensated with yoghurt, 4 pieces of toast, 1 sandwich and another omelet. There will be lunch in a few hours.

I'm on a different kind of 2 meal plan. As in, if I can eat 2 meals in one day I'm doing really really well.
