Looks like baby number 2 wants to see everything like my first. Was told today by the doctor she's face forward still. Course I'm trying the positions that are suppose to help baby rotate face down, but dr thinks it's due to shape of pelvis

A lot of babies begin labor in that position.  Both of mine did....in the case of my daughter she tried to be born that way and got stuck.  But my son (March baby) turned as I progressed and I was able to achieve a VBAC.  This is the more likely outcome!  I did use a balance ball a LOT the last week.  I don't know if I can credit that but I'm pretty sure it helped get labor started.

Mine flipped halfway through labor.

Try not to stress about it too much. Many babies flip during labor.  My son never flipped and I was able to deliver him OP.

My DD was the same and she flipped during labor. I sat on a ball for a long time and also used the peanut ball once I got the epidural. She ended up turning before coming out.

So sorry! I have a similar problem. Trying to get this baby to turn so he will fully engage the pelvis. Ds1 was the same way! Hope you are able to rotate the baby!

Sorry I couldn't reply quicker wifi was down. Playful puppy pose while watching tv and my water broke at 11:30 pm she turned and presented well. Way easier delivery then my son who was a stargazer

Mine was face up during delivery and I had no problems! She was born after ten minutes of pushing and came out happy and healthy!

@Misty001I did the same with mine!  I was having pains like LO was stuck face up under my round ligament again, so I did playful puppy pose in the bed for about an hour then finally laid back down and my water broke two hours later!  Easy delivery as well (much faster than my first)
