I was at week 4 when I first found out and the week before but its seems to have subsided now a week and a half later.

I can't stand for more than 2 minutes without getting dizzy. It's normal from what I've read.

I fainted at a diner early on in my first tri because my blood sugar dropped from not eating enough and I was also dehydrated. I was lucky that my H was there to catch me when I passed out (I fell off a stool at the brunch counter) and I was much more cautious after that. I never left the house without eating something and I started carrying almonds or crackers in my purse. Also, drink ALL the water. Hope you're feeling better!!
