20 weeks along with rainbow baby. Getting nervous!

I just had my 20week ultrasound today. Doc says my cervix looks good at 3.2-3.5cm and a cerclage isn't needed at this time. I take progesterone shots every week. Other than a quick nurse visit every week and an OB apt once a month I have a direct phone number to reach my doctor in case of any emergencies but I still feel like that doesn't help. I lost my twin boys in July at 22 weeks with no time to stop labor. Everything happened so fast and I'm getting nervous that it'll happen again with this baby. We're having another boy too. Will I have flashbacks of my twins and panic? I am not prepared to loss another baby.
