feeling awful lately

I will be 31 weeks on Friday and lately I've just felt so awful. I have had two night where I've been up almost all night with horrible diarrhea and shaking and the last couple of days I have had a horrible stabbing pain in the left temple of my head .. I had a dr appt Monday and everything was normal .. anyone else feeling awful lately ? I don't know what to do .. I've been downing water and Powerade .. I've also been throwing up as well or more so of just gagging every now and then .. ugh

Sounds like you need to contact your doctor again ASAP. Your symptoms are not typical!

I agree with the PP..if you are continuing to feel bad, you need to see the doctor again. Don't let them brush off your concerns! I hope you feel better soon.

Please call your doctor.  Headaches and nausea/vomiting can be signs of preeclampsia.  Fx that everything is ok, but better safe than sorry.

Please call your doctor again. Those don't sound like typical symptoms. At my birthing class our nurse even told us that sometimes diarrhea and vomiting can be signs of labor. Not sure since I never experienced it but we just talked about it last night in class. You should be checked out by a doctor again.

I never had diarrhea during pregnancy, the opposite is typical. Also, aside from morning sickness early on its not normal to be puking. Sounds like you've got something unusual going on.

I had exactly that like 3 times this pregnancy. It was just the flu, but the last time it was so bad I had to go to the ER for fluids and monitoring. You can get dehydrated very easily when having diarrhea and vomiting so call your doctor! You don't want to mess with dehydration.

thanks everyone , the flu is going around here like the plague and when I called my dr yesterday they told me to go to L & D and refused to see me in the office .. unfortunately I reused to go because I've already had two trips to l&d because of early contractions around 22 weeks and had to get shot both times to stop them but this was due to stress from my father passing away. I refused to pay for another hospital bill by going yesterday so I came home and slept the day away and I have been fine and slept great last night and have been downing Powerade and Gatorade so I hope whatever it is is going away. I have an appointment with my specialist dr tomorrow for an ultrasound.
