I really need some support right now and Im trying super hard not to panic. I have had minor on and off cramping the last week or so but today I had a spell of back and stomach pains which I wrote off as upset stomach for my sanity. Well, after just going to the bathroom there was some spotting blood on my underwear. Its darker brown and not very much but the back cramps are still here just very light. TMI there is also very slight red when I wipe now. Im freaking out and my H is currently on his way home from work and I just dont want to get him worried if its nothing. I dont know if I should go to the er for reassurance or wait and talk to my dr tomorrow. Im sorry for the rambling im just totally not prepared to go through this again if everything is not okay.
@honeybeewebb2424 I'm so sorry you're going through this right now. Some spotting and back pain can be normal, or a sign of something fairly benign like an SCH. If it would give you comfort and peace of mind, go to the ER, otherwise follow up with your doc tomorrow. Thoughts are with you, hoping for a sticky baby *hugs*
@KilgraveMadeMeDoIt and @honeybeewebb2424 Fingers crossed so hard that everything is okay. Bleeding is so scary, it sucks and I'm sorry you have more stress right now. Rest up and good luck with checks tomorrow. Hugs!!

@honeybeewebb2424 ((hugs)) I'm so sorry. If it would make you feel more comfortable to go to the ER, you should. My old coworker had the same thing happen around 5 or 6 weeks (she's 6+ months now), and the ER was able to diagnose her SCH, but also told her they couldn't do anything about it, and she would have to "wait and see". I don't know how much your insurance covers for ER visits, but if it's worth it for your peace of mind, you should go.
Thinking of both of you, @KilgraveMadeMeDoIt and @honeybeewebb2424! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for both of you. Hopefully your bleeding/spotting turn out to be nothing serious and you get answers soon. Hugs.
ETA: @honeybeewebb2424, does your OB's office have an after hours call line? Mine does, and I called it when I had my MC. Obviously there wasn't anything they could do to help me, but they may be able to give you advice about whether to go to the ER or not.
I had bleeding with both of my pregnancies that went to term. But I also obviously had it with every pregnancy that went badly, and I have four times as many of those as I do pregnancies that worked out.
My kids are home tomorrow (March break here and we only got them into the day program for Monday, Tuesday, and Friday) so if I even can get an ultrasound I'll have to bring them and I'd really rather not bring my kids to a fertility clinic since I know it can really hurt people to see them there.
Just have to get to morning right now.

Thank you so much for your advice and kind words ladies. H came home and we each had a small breakdown but are keeping high hopes that we are okay. My OB doesnt have an after hours call line but that would be amazing right now. My insurance changed recently and my ER copay shot up to 125 and having quit my job yesterday would love to avoid. I think our plan is to get through the night, call my OB first thing in the morning to see what they suggest or what they will do. Although unfortunately I have doubts theyll do anything. Ive debated finding a new OB already due to last time when I had spotting and was worried they refused to see me earlier or send me for testing and I ended up miscarring a few weeks later. To which the dr was somewhat insensitive about. Also this time around after being nervous from previous loss and going through surgery they didnt seem to care or willing to give me piece of mind at all and fought me on bloodwork papers. I try to take all of that as they think I'm healthy. But, we will see tomorrow and if they arent helpful I will be going to the ER to gather sanity. Because I outweigh knowing and sanity over money.
Again thank you so much ladies I will keep you posted. And again sorry for my rambling my brain is everywhere and nowhere at once it seems.
RE had me come right in for an ultrasound. Of course I'm not bleeding at all right now so I feel like he's going to think I'm being paranoid buy after eight losses I think I'm entitled to be a touch paranoid. Still in the waiting room at the moment.
I feel like the biggest heel ever though since I have my kids with me at the fertility clinic and I know how much it hurts people who still don't have their first. We don't have anyone nearby who we can call to watch them at the last minute and their march break day program was full. At least they are well-behaved an are being quiet.

@MissAmeliaPond - I have always had strong period like cramping with my pregnancies, and have always been told it's a normal part of early pregnancy. I know it's completely stressful though. ((Hugs
@mollysm Yes. Just didn't want to post too soon after Jolene's difficult news.
It's okay. Good news for you guys won't make me feel bad. I sincerely want good news for all you ladies! I'll be heading off the board soon anyway. Was just sticking around in the hopes to hear good news for you!
Last night I could not sleep and my heart was beating so fast. It was torture. I have been feeling pretty normal besides tender boobs and slight cramping. I'm not nearly as hungry as I was last time. Now if I could only start feeling more symptoms!!! My 1st appt/us is 4/4, so I have my iPhone countdown set. 18 days until my next milestone. Hopefully, I can stay calm until then!
You don't have to answer, but did you have any signs that that would be the case?
Positive thoughts your way girl x
I had a symptom free pregnancy with my now beautiful and healthy 8 year daughter. My last two losses were basically symptom free. My hcg doubled but weren't super high. My gestational sacs also measured in the smallish side from the get go. I'm happy to share any info that can help anyone.

Thank you so much ladies for all of your support and concerns. You all really are fantastic!
Update: I called my OB office first thing this morning and they got back to me pretty quickly and had me come right in. It was terrifying to be back in that office waiting but they did a trans-vaginal ultrasound, that lasted a total of about a minute or two. My dr hates doing early scans because of the uncertainty of what can be seen and the lack of guarantee of good or bad to follow. However, he said that there was a sac inside of a sac, yolk sac clearly visible, but baby was hard to see. There was a heartbeat that he pointed out! That little flicker both terrified me and soothed me. He hates giving any guarantees or false hope, but he said today is a good day. Im definitely going to be taking it easy these next few days.
@honeybeewebb2424 I'm glad your OB is cautious and that you got to see a heartbeat.
I actually am very grateful that he is as well. It can come off as a little harsh, but I trust he knows what he is doing and I like that he doesn't sugarcoat it. Because last time around I was completely clueless that miscarriage was even a possibility. So I love that he stated the facts to me forwardly that there is still a chance that things can go wrong but to be happy for today.
Got my third beta, everything is good so far. They probably are done testing them, but when my doctor comes back (on vacation) she will decide for sure. Now I just have a month until my ultrasound!

on another note a friend texted me. He and his wife are expecting! They are 7 weeks. They knew about my loss. I am so excited for them, although if I wasn't pregnant I probably would have been a hurt by the way they told me.
