Baby flips around at night

Does anyone else's baby flip around all night? Mine does which isn't a problem but she'll hit her head on the crib and wakes her up. She'll be one in a week....are bumper pads still bad at that age? I'm not sure what else to do.

My daughter will be 1 in two weeks and has been her cribs with bumper pads since she was 5 months old. She moves constantly all night long and we've never had a problem with the bumper pads

We have been using the mesh bumper pads for quite a few months and he does fine with them.
