Random, unimportant bump ?

What are the little icons beside our screen names? The birthday cakes, etc that have little numbers on them? Nothing happens when I click on them. Btw, I'm on mobile. It's changed since I used on the BMB May 13.
Also, does TB crash continually on mobile for anyone else?

    The birthday cake is your anniversary, so 3 years you've been on the bump. The quote bubble is how many comments you've made, which looks like either 3 or 100... The heart is how many "love it" you've clicked on. The @ is how many names you've dropped, aka when you've tagged someone so they get a notification and can see where they've been mentioned.

    I find that mobile isn't nearly as satisfying as the web page, and much harder to use.

    Yeah I'm on mobile 80% of the time and it crashes or freezes all the time. Not perfect, but my laptop doesn't fit in my pocket.
