Restless sleeper

LO has been sleeping longer at night, but between 7:30pm (when she falls asleep) and about 11:30pm she's often very restless. Not waking up but kicking around and moving a lot. Around 11:30 it seems like she quiets down and sleeps until somewhere between 1-3am. Anyone else's LO restless while they sleep? Is she getting rest still? Why is baby sleep so hard?!?

My lo used to be the same. Don't know if it was a coincidence but when we moved to next size up in nappies she seemed to be a little more comfortable and sleep better at that time of night. Also baby may just be in a lighter sleep at that time of night if there are still lights and noise going on in the house. Check things like room temp or different nightwear clothes for baby. Unless baby is super cranky when gets up then you can assume enough sleep is getting had.

My LO has been the same and just sprouted 2 teeth!  I don't know for sure if it had anything to do with it, I guess we will see if he keeps it up.
