I had my first prenatal today and am scheduled for a viability scan tomorrow. Excited to meet this little bean!

Look what I got!!!!! So exciting! My very first u/s ever and what a great experience. DH got an awesome video of the screen so I can watch the heartbeat as much as I like. Dr said nothing but good news to report. Measuring exactly 8 weeks. New due date Nov. 9th. Heartbeat wasn't measured or heard. Next scan isn't until 16 weeks or something so I'll be paying for a private scan. I could watch that alllllll day. So grateful. Loved that the head is down! Cute.

I had no idea of my last period (pregnancy amnesia plus DS has been waking me up at night) so I got a viability U/S last week. EDD 11/15 (I was then 6 weeks 2 days) with a heartbeat of 116. 3rd time around and it's still such a cool thing!

We had our appointment today! Based on LMP, I should be 8w4d, but I do think I O'd late, and that would correspond with this little gummy bear measuring 8w exactly. My MW scheduled a dating scan for next week - so I'll get a more precise date next week. The baby looked great though and HR was nice and strong! What a beautiful blessing this sweet baby #2 is for our family!!

Had my first appointment today! Baby measured exactly 8 weeks and had a heartbeat of 185 bpm.

My OB surprised me by actually using my chart to establish the due date (11/09) and not my LMP (11/02). Last pregnancy, we used my LMP and I was induced at "41 weeks". I feel that if i had just been given a few extra days, DD would have come on her own. Anyways, I'm super happy that my OB listened to me.

Here is my little squiggle. I thought I was 6w6d yesterday but I was off by a couple of days. Saw the heartbeat at 114. The Dr said everything looked perfect. My dh and I are over the moon excited to be parents!

I went for my first u/s two days ago and it was nothing like my first ultrasound with my first pregnancy. The doctor was not very informative and seemed very unsure of herself. She said I was measuring between 8-9 weeks, meanwhile I thought I was 10 weeks because going by my lmp I would be due 10/26. I asked her, "so am I 8 or 9 weeks and she was like "between 8 and 9." The u/s took literally a minute. The doctor also mentioned that they don't typically do the ultrasounds that they would send me to an ultrasound tech next time. I left feeling very confused and when I shared the ultrasound pic with my family everyone asked if there was two babies because it kind of looks like there's another baby in the picture. I made an appointment at a new obgyn office, so I'm praying that I can get a second opinion. I guess I'll be hanging out here with all you lovely ladies

First appointment was today and got to see baby and hear the heartbeat at 164! I am so relieved! I'm 7w6d according to the scan, 8w2d according to when I think I ovulated. Close enough. Officially due 11/11!

Your u/s looks less like a blob and more like a baby. By LMP I am 8, 4. But my blob doesn't look like a baby yet lol

Finally my turn! Here is my bean measuring one day behind at 6w6d. HB was 121. My doctor told me that's normal but I'm a little freaked. It seems low. I go back in 2 weeks for another U/S. Not sure if that's standard at my fetrility clinic. My head was spinning and there was so much I forgot to ask them.

@laurenlalap my LO was 122/126. Don't sweat it. Call the nurseline if you absolutely want closure.

I was surprised she was able to get a decent shot like that. On the screen, it mainly looked like a little potato or jellybean. My first ultrasound with DD was at 10 weeks and then you really could see some stuff (like little hands and feet moving around).

Had my first u/s this morning. My little babe's heartbeat was 167 and I loved seeing that little flicker! Measuring
exactly 8 weeks 3 days. Such a cool experience!

@laurenlalap I measured in at 6w2d with heart rate in the 90's!!! I was like...that seems low. She said 90-110 was the normal range for 6w. Still, I'm a little spooked so I get it! I go back next Tues for a second dating US...

Ours at 6w4d was 119 and they told me that was good. And it's standard at my fertility clinic to do a second ultrasound around 9 weeks too. Sounds like you're on the right track!

We got our first ultrasound last week at exactly 7 weeks. Baby measured 7wks 1day and with a heartbeat of 158! I was so excited that SO and I both got to be there to see and hear it! I'm 8 weeks 2 days now  I go back in 3 weeks for another u/s and my second appointment and I can't wait

I had my first u/s today and baby was measuring 9W2D right on track based on when I O'd (DD 11/2) with a HB of 173. I have an OB appointment on Tuesday so we will see what they establish as my due date. I'm not sure if they will go based off of when I O'd or LMP (DD 10/31) it's only the difference of a few days. Everything looked great and we actually saw the little bean moving around, it was really cool. I am so incredibly relieved!

We were not able to get a good picture of both babies on 1 picture...I couldn't stop laughing for him to get the greatest pictures anyway. But you can see both sacs...both babies hearts are beating away still kind of in shock.

This is my 3rd ultrasound taken about 2 weeks ago I was 7wks and 5 days. I am now 9 weeks and 3 days next ultrasound next week! Due date is November 4th

Wow, so many ultrasounds! Im not having my first one until week 11 (1st trimester screening) but my midwife listens to the heartbeat every time i go, so there's that not sure why they haven't wanted me to do one, my insurance pays for everything and the imaging department is in the same building as my midwife. Oh well! Excited that it will kinda look like an actual baby when i finally get to see her/him

FINALLY had my 8 week appointment at 8w5d, but alas... still no ultrasound.  I'm not considered high risk, so they won't do it until 12 weeks.  Le sigh.  Also, apparently my uterus is tipped back, so no luck hearing a heartbeat on the doppler yet either, but she stressed to me repeatedly that doesn't mean anything is wrong.  So... the waiting continues for me!

Just had our first ob appointment and heard the baby's heartbeat Doesn't look like much but we're already in love.

Finally, first ultrasound didnt get to hear heart beat but seen it 141 bpm measured 6 weeks and 5 days so a week off. Happy to know after spotting everything is good hcg test was 32,855. Official appoitment April 22nd. YAY!

@jmewilli @amattson707 I'm in the same boat as y'all. I have my first appointment at 10 weeks 6 days and I'll get an ultrasound!! I'm so excited, but the wait is no fun!!!
