Pregnant after TFMR

I know there's a pregnant after a loss discussion, but since we are a special subset I thought it would be nice if we could introduce ourselves here.
I have one living son who is 14 months old. He was a fertility baby and preemie. Our TFMR was last August for anencephaly. It was a spontaneous pregnancy. I'm on a high dose of folic acid, so hopefully no neural tube defects this time around. I just got my positive test yesterday, but my HCG level looks good at 70. Due date is Nov 16. I know a million things can still go wrong, but I'm still optimistic.
