@zrain I hope your trip is going well! I had a huge travel day last cycle and didn't start temping until after I had arrived, but my temps shot up for pretty much that whole cycle. I was also not using a BBT and had a fever on/off for about a week, but even after I was better I ran hot still. I had to rely on CM and OPKs. Like @sarah0985 when her temps were shot, I had traveled west to east (blast west to east travel and spring forward for that matter). Can you post a screen shot of your chart?

@leksiL@Winnie81@sarah0985 Thanks for your responses. Sounds like it could go either way. I'm going to hope that I O'd, but I'll continue to do opks and HIO just in case it's the jet lag that sent my temps way up and not O. I don't feel jet lagged at all since I got on the correct sleep schedule as soon as we got here, but I can see where my body would be confused anyway.

R/R/CS: GUYS. This is bats*** crazy. I have always resented people with unbelievable natural BFP stories when they were in the midst of fertility treatments because I felt like they gave false hope, but now I guess I am one of them for now.
On Friday we met with our RE for a plan. She said IVF b/c of my H's morphology, to be started in the fall when I can get on my H's insurance. We were resigned and accepted it and were ready to wait. We are going to Europe on Thursday and I was excited to drink alllll the wine. Sunday I was expecting AF. I woke up around my usual temping time and figured I might as well stick the therm in my mouth and figure out if my temp plunge had arrived. It was 98. something, which is high for me. Went to the bathroom and was like, well might as well dip a Wondfo. Took it back to bed and played on my phone waiting for it to register and saw the line. Faint, but not a squinter at all. I woke H up and he didn't know what he was looking at. I told him but refused to say the P word. I took another and it was also a faint positive, called the RE and went in for bloodwork. When I got home I confirmed with a weeks estimator digi I go tomorrow to see if Betas double
This is basically the craziest thing that has ever happened to me. My RE said we had a less than 5% chance of ever getting pregnant naturally. We told our parents about the impending IVF and everything. I had an HSG this cycle which I am convinced helped "clean some cobwebs" even though I had no blockages. We almost didn't even do it on my fertile days b/c H was supposed to abstain for his SA!!! I had a crazy obvious implantation dip on 6 DPO that I wouldn't let myself consider, but otherwise I haven't had any symptoms.
This is the smartest, most insightful and supportive board on the internet. Thank you so much to everyone who has ever given any guidance, because I lurked forever and learned so much before I ever even commented. I especially appreciate how sensitive you guys have taught me to be talking to anyone about pregnancy or babies. Sensitivity is an under-appreciated trait and now I know that a simple "when are you having kids" could cause a lot of heartache. Trying not to get my hopes up yet, but I'm cautiously excited. Thanks again!
@britters314 Welcome back - I missed seeing your posts! Good luck with the new gyn today!! Let us know what she said! Also, I really wish I could limit my sugar cravings to "the good stuff". I'm jealous of your discerning tastes!
@thefarmerswife0411 I love that you went straight to pastry and cake - Those all sound amazing!! Have fun coming off your Whole30!
@rkstro2 Sorry your testing or possible CD1 is coming at a bad time! I agree that it can be really tough to get on with your day after staring at a stark white test first thing in the morning Fx that's not the case for you this month!!
@atcwag Good luck holding out until 14dpo! I am also a big fan of fruit + chocolate
@chloe97 Sorry about the (-)! You're not out yet though!
@Zoey1019 Fx with testing! It is a really frustrating anxious part of the window! I have also gotten into doughnuts lately and would love to make some at home
@Megzb510 There is something really disconcerting about seeing a little kid who's normally so energetic just slow down like that - sorry you had a rough weekend and morning!! AND I hope you don't get it!!
@zrain I haven't tried to temp while traveling internationally before, but traveling for work last week didn't seem to affect them. I don't think I will when we go to Europe next month. My body gets super stressed from jet lag and it seems like too much of a hassle. I honestly just want it to be a ttc break, besides the bd-ing Hope you're having an amazing trip!!!
@beary67 My temps have also been weirdly low post-o this month (and last), so I'm also hoping it doesn't signal anything wrong...
@Winnie81 I had a jagged blue line show up outside the testing window on an ept toward the beginning of ttc, then I read about blue dye tests and haven't bought anymore. It was fun getting excited but it really sucked finding out it was false. Hope it's not false for you!!!!
R/R/CS: Woke up at 6:30 this morning and temp was a weirdly low 97.3, but I think I had my mouth open and I was freezing. Took it again around 7:30 and it was 98.29. It's inaccurate and I probably should have discarded but whatever.
GTKY: What is your favorite candy/sweet treat? I have a really bad sweet tooth so this is impossible to nail down! I basically treat myself every morning with a Starbucks Iced Mocha. And since it's Easter I'm stuck on these right now:
I know, it's the cheapest, lowest-quality "chocolate" known to man but it tastes so much like my childhood. I buy about 10 every year haha. My favorite candy are Sixlets, Bottle Caps, or Crunch Bars.
But I also really like and appreciate the good stuff - Askinosie, Vosges, Debauve & Gallais, Valrhona, Guittard, and a lot of the US bean-to-bar makers. We're doing a chocolate tour in Paris during our trip next month and I can't freakin wait!
Can you tell I could talk about chocolate all day???
And to weigh in on the Reese's discussion, I'm one of those weirdos who likes more chocolate:pb, so my favorite kind are the miniatures or minis unwrapped

FX to all the ladies testing tomorrow!
Month/Cycle: 1/1 After 7 NTNP CD/DPO: 30/11 Timing: -5, -1 Testing Plans: Already tested at 8 dpo which ended up feeling like a huge waste of money... R/R/CS: Woke up feeling very hopeful for a high temp after a weekend away and not temping, and just a big fat NOPE. Huge temp drop, and AF should be here later today. I'm ready for that B, pad and all. I'm annoyed at myself for even testing at 8dpo, won't be doing that again. Oh and the cramps at 6&7 dpo that had not happened the past 7 cycles? Just a new symptom of AF to be excited about! Blah. Sorry I'm being a grump... *QUESTION*: I know this has been discussed before, but has anyone actually had success with lengthening their LPs naturally? I have been consistent with 10 day LPs which I had hoped would lengthen after months of being off BC but that has not been the case. I won't have my yearly exam until July so I'm hoping there might be something I can at least try on my own prior to going to that appointment. GTKY: What is your favorite candy/sweet treat? Feeling like a copy cat but Reese's for sure, especially any holiday versions. A close second would be Andes mints. Chocolate and PB or chocolate and mint =
@Schumerator Thank you. To answer your question, yes. I added 3 days to my LP by my 2nd month of 100mg B6 daily. That was 7 years ago, and my LP recovered a bit without intervention over the years.
@rosenyc123 CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I agree, what a great reason NOT to get to drink all the Euro wine! lol You will be grinning and glowing the whole time, I'm sure!! :D
@teamginger13 @Flamingo777 Congrats on the squinters! FX they get darker by the day.... !
@beary67 Hang in there. A temp shift is a temp shift, right? I'm firmly of the opinion if you don't like where FF puts your CL, just move it! If you don't worry about your past averages and just shift it down to like 97.1, then it looks great, right? Where FF puts your CL is pretty much meaningless, so don't stress if it's not a huge rise. You have a clear temp shift and great timing!! All hope's not lost! <<hugs>>
Month/cycle: 19 temping / 6 ntnp / 4 ttc
CD/DPO: 24/9
Timing: -4, -3, -2, -1 (2x),O, +1
Testing Plans: Trying to hold out... but I am really tempted to test tomorrow even though I know it'd likely be a squinter, if anything. Like I said, trying to be strong...
R/R/CS: Okay, so after yesterday's crazy spike (98.71) I went back and looked through my paper charts and officially had my mind blown. I had taken my temp 15 min early, so let's say it really might have been even a titch higher if I had temped at the normal time. Anywho, I look back and sure enough, there's only two days where I have EVER logged higher temps (maybe 98.74/98.75-ish) and they were both a year ago in my Feb and March charts... and both also on CD23. WHA!!!??? Holy moly body, you amaze me still! I can't even.
Drop today about .29 degrees, so time will tell if we pop back up again tomorrow, that might be the thing that puts me over and makes me test, but... [Argh file will not upload! Is anyone else's Bump acting crazy on their computer today!???] Anyway, like 33% negative tests at 10DPO = lots of deep breaths, I think.
GTKY: This is so apt for me today because apparently it's dark chocolate truffettes! I can't stop eating them. I had a good day food-wise yesterday, but today has been a mess again. I can't even think straight. But I will say whatever chocolate-raspberry dessert we had at out wedding was uh-MAZE-ingggg!!!! Loved it. I also love chocolate peanut butter and chocolate peppermint, depending on my mood, and all things dark chocolate like the justin's cups, but also dark with sea salt. Totally favourited the page with that sea salt bar - I'm not sure who posted that, but thanks for the tip! I have been so hungry/carbcravy etc. I kind of disgust myself a little bit right now.

GTKY: Justin's dark chocolate peanut butter cups!
@britters314 Welcome back - I missed seeing your posts! Good luck with the new gyn today!! Let us know what she said! Also, I really wish I could limit my sugar cravings to "the good stuff". I'm jealous of your discerning tastes!
Fx that's not the case for you this month!!

@thefarmerswife0411 I love that you went straight to pastry and cake - Those all sound amazing!! Have fun coming off your Whole30!
@rkstro2 Sorry your testing or possible CD1 is coming at a bad time! I agree that it can be really tough to get on with your day after staring at a stark white test first thing in the morning
@atcwag Good luck holding out until 14dpo! I am also a big fan of fruit + chocolate
@chloe97 Sorry about the (-)! You're not out yet though!
@teamginger13 GL testing tomorrow!
@Zoey1019 Fx with testing! It is a really frustrating anxious part of the window! I have also gotten into doughnuts lately and would love to make some at home
@kirby1220 Glad your back is feeling better!
I honestly just want it to be a ttc break, besides the bd-ing
Hope you're having an amazing trip!!!
@GhanimaAtreides Sorry about the confusing mixed signals! Fx!!
@Flamingo777 Congrats!

R/R/CS: Woke up at 6:30 this morning and temp was a weirdly low 97.3, but I think I had my mouth open and I was freezing. Took it again around 7:30 and it was 98.29. It's inaccurate and I probably should have discarded but whatever.
GTKY: What is your favorite candy/sweet treat?I have a really bad sweet tooth so this is impossible to nail down!

Congrats, @rosenyc123! H&H 9!
@farmerswife24 - that's great that you are almost finished with your whole30! I did one last January and felt amazing afterwords. I remember you saying earlier in the month that you hadn't seen significant weight loss but were feeling really good, how are you feeling now that it's almost over?
@GhanimaAtreides - Ugh, I just saw you tagged me on Friday that we are cycle buddies and read your post and was feeling very hopeful that you would have an awesome post this morning! What an asshole cycle... Fingers crossed it still comes through for you!
@flamingo777 @rosenyc123 - CONGRATS! H&H 9 months to both of you!
@teamginger13 Good luck to you!! FX for a darker line
FX to all the ladies testing tomorrow!
Month/Cycle: 1/1 After 7 NTNP
CD/DPO: 30/11
Timing: -5, -1
Testing Plans: Already tested at 8 dpo which ended up feeling like a huge waste of money...

Puppies!!!
