My sisters in law are both graduating (undergrad and masters) so we will be visiting the in-laws to see their graduation in San Diego. I hope we can go to Disneyland while we are visiting. DS was only 2 when we went last and will be almost 4 this time so he will definitely enjoy it more.

Testing Plans: Going to do my best to wait for 10 DPO, but I am really impatient, so may cave at like 7 DPO and then soothe myself by insisting it's inaccurate so early if I get a BFN.  FF says to wait until 19 DPO, which made me laugh.

R / R / CS: I honestly was so frustrated with my charting being so erratic cause it's my first cycle temping, but it seems to indicate a way clearer pattern today since I am finally past O.  However my CM didn't seem to line up with my O date so that's something to watch for next month.

GTKY: Are you going on vacation this year? If not, where would you like to go? I don't have any plans to vacay this year, however, we got back from Turks and Caicos recently and we had an amazing time!!  My dream island vacation would be Bora Bora, my dream tourist vacation would be Italy.

Gtky: we just went on a vacation and so far no plans for anything big the rest of the year.  Kinda waiting to see how things pan out the next few cycles.  We live for vacation but we are trying to think ahead and might need extra $$ in a few months of we end up at RE.  Not borrowing trouble...I'm just a planner and we don't like to borrow $

R / R / CS: **TW: Loss mentioned** I am a wreck today. So on my last two BFP, I didn't turn a positive urine test until 16 DPO. Another BFN urine test today but I did do a blood test today for my progesterone levels and HCG. Turns out the results I thought I would get today, I might not get until Monday. So there's that. Also, if I'm KU, the medication that is lengthening my luteal phase for proper implantation runs out about in about 2 days. I'm afraid if  my blood work doesn't show a positive and I don't get a positive by Monday (which history has shown that I probably won't), I risk another CP if I'm KU. Also, the last two times I had a feeling I was KU(lame I know), which I have that same feeling now but I have artificial hormones in my system. It's got me all sorts of confused. I am notorious for late implantation so I'm afraid that my body isn't going to have the time it needs, if it needs it. Most likely my OB/GYN will say, "Oh the test is negative. Let's get you on Clomid." I just can't handle today. I'm sorry.

R / R / CS: FF move my CH by one day. I think it's more accurate but still think it could possibly be cd14. On another note I was cutting up fruit yesterday, one of which is pineapple. Since I had it and was already cutting it up, I decided I am going to try the pineapple core thing. From what I read you eat it 1-5 DPO.

GTKY: We don't have anything planned. Trying to save my PTO in case I get KU. If I don't this cycle then we won't plan a vacation but I will use it for our Independence Day party and deer hunting. We will probably do a weekend away for our 5th wedding anniversary in august.

@MrsDramaK My chart has been really erratic this month and it's my 5th cycle temping!! Driving me crazy, but at least the thermal shift was pretty obvious.

R / R / CS: I had a tiny bit of spotting last night, which is just as expected before AF. I am really sad. I know lots of people feel pretty defeated entering the 6th month, but for me, I think it's really hard going into the 7th month...I don't remember what the exact statistic is, but I remember reading that most couples will get pregnant within 6 months. Lucky us to be in the minority. And now I feel guilty for this pity party since I know a lot of people have tried for a lot longer. 

GTKY: We have a trip to Florida planned for this summer and will probably go on some sort of low-key road trip over spring break (we're both educators).

R / R / CS: My temp is still high today but so far only bfns. Can anyone take a look and tell me if you think it's possible I o'd later than ff thinks? I'm pretty positive cd15 is correct but I'm fairly new to this and my cm has been "fertile" almost every day, so I'm just curious if any of the other temp drops could be my actual o date. FF is saying I have dashed CHs because of the fertile cm after the potential o date.

R/R/CS:  I'm in shock!  Yesterday I said that I wasn't going to test until this morning since that's when FF said I should test but with all the cramps I was feeling most of the day I let the BSC out of the box.  I kept thinking about it all day and just thought if I'm not KU and getting AF tomorrow I would prefer to know now.  So, I went to Dollar Tree during my lunch break and started my 4 hour hold except that was an epic fail because I drank too much water an ended up having to go at the 2 1/2 hour mark.  If nothing else I expected a negative soley based on that but surprisingly I got a very faint positive.  Well, prior to this I had never tested with a $ store test so naturally I was skeptical - you know super cheapie test.  So after work I went and picked up 3 more test from a different store for good measure LOL.  Went home and successfully did a 4 hour hold and tested on 2 more $ store test.  Both faint positives.  I didn't get overly excited last night and didn't even tell DH.  I decided that if my temp was still above coverline this morning and no AF I would use an EPT I had picked up.  So with my FMU today I got a clear BFP!  Other than the cramping I have no other symptoms, which is different than when I was KU with DD.  I honestly thought there was a good chance AF would show given the lack of "symptoms" and the standard pre AF cramps.       After 4 months of trying I want to say how thankful I am that I finally decided to join this community and "introduce" myself to you all instead of just continuing to lurk.  I am so grateful to you all for our daily threads and everything I learned about charting.  Your support was invaluable.  I hope to see some of you in the Nov BMB and hope that everyone soon gets their BFP as well no matter what BMB you end up in.  Positive Thoughts! 

Oh and today is DH's Bday soooo best Birthday gift ever for him this morning!

R/R/CS: Oh, the BSCs. So my temp yesterday stayed low, hugging my high cover line, which is similar to BFP cycles (0.5 over 6-10DPO is my BFN trend -my own BSC theory), and my cat is frickin ALLLL over me so you know I'm totes KU. *eyeroll* None of my typical preggo symptoms (that just means it's totes a boy right? Adorbsies!!!) Seriously though, last night H leaned over, patted my lower belly, and whispered, "Just grow little one, just grow" like he was some magical Uterus Whisperer. I side-eyed his ass and asked, "Who in the hell do you think you're talking to?!? There's no baby yet." and he's all, "Yes there is... right there." with the conviction of a stubborn toddler. So if on the off chance this cycle plays out in the best case scenario, it's because of the Uterus Whispering and not my reproductive tract being filled to max-capacity with baby batter.

GTKY: We figured a bunch of 4-day weekends is much healthier for us than one big budget-blowing vacay, so we have a bunch of long mountain & lake weekends this spring/summer/fall. 7 this year.

there is some research out there about bromelin (active enzyme found mostly in pineapple core) helps with implantation. It's not something I plan to keep up with. I just figured since I have the pineapple why not try it?

R / R / CS: I have been MIA lately because I have still been very sick with fevers that nobody can explain. The only thing I can think of is maybe a lupus flare as a reaction to the fertility drugs. If that is the case then I just can't see myself doing another IUI or anything else again. I have never felt as shitty as I have the last 8 days.

On a different note, I finally got around to testing out the trigger and got a positive on a Wondfo!! I have never seen a positive pregnancy test IRL so that was fun. 

GTKY: Are you going on vacation this year? If not, where would you like to go?  We are trying to plan a trip to the Bahamas for this summer.

Testing: well AF is due saturday or sunday. I think ill just wait to see if AF comes. The absolute latest ive gotten my period is 29 days. So ill wait for day 29or 30. If no AF then ill test. Never missed a period before so i feel it will be a good indicator. Its our first month and really we were just not trying not preventing.

R/r/cs: i could literally punch a friend of mine in the throat. She really struggled TTC but successsfully had a baby girl.  All 3 of her high school best friends were due within months to weeks of each other. Now everyday these SAHM get together for coffee and take like 15 pictures of all 4 of the babies together. Its the same pose and picture every single day. They coordinate their clothing too..i like babies but i get annoyed when my facebook feed is covered in 5 days of baby photos that these crazy ladies take EVERYDAY. I unfriended her and she asked me why. I told her (im very very blunt). We friended each other again but I'm not following her. aaaah first world problems.

GTKY: we are going out east this april. My husbands best friend lives in DC and aunt/cousins live in NYC. His cousin is getting married so we will be staying in DC for the week and heading to NYC for the wedding and weekend.

Not much to rant about since DH is starting to feel better after being horribly sick. Think I felt O pain this morning when waking up.

GTKY: Are you going on vacation this year? If not, where would you like to go?

DH and I were supposed to go to Japan this year but we found out that his job only offers 6 days pto per every 6 months, which isn't enough time for a 30 hour plane ride to be worth it. Combining the 6 days with the weekends, that only gives us 10 days total vacation time.

His pto gets paid out in July, so instead of Japan we'll go somewhere that we can fly direct to, and right now we're planning on England in late Oct / early Nov. It's an 8 hour plane ride, which is much more reasonable than a 30 hour one. Yay for vacations!

Testing Plans: I planned on waiting until after my period is due. Getting that itch to test early because I have different symptoms than most cycles, but I'm 99.9999% sure thats me going BSC and symptom spotting. According to my calendar, I'm supposed to start my period on our 5 year wedding anniversary so this will either be an exciting weekend, or a weekend that I'm holding back my tears of disappointment.

R / R / CS: I wrote earlier this week about trying organic skincare. My package didn't show up so I called the company and oh my gosh they have amazing customer service. Within 20 minutes of my initial email they refunded the expedited shipping that i paid. Then when i spoke to a rep on the phone they placed another order and now i have 2 orders of everything because UPS showed up with the first order shortly after the phone call.

If not, where would you like to go?  We'd love to visit friends in Newport, RI in the early summer but otherwise we are super fans of staying local and having visitors here!  We have a Mariner's calendar on our fridge and lots of coffee spots to visit in Seattle, a ferry schedule for the San Juan Islands and there are festivals all over starting this month.

Does anyone else have a terrible time with TB app constantly logging you out? It seems like anytime I go to hit "love it" or post all it does is tell me "you don't permission to do that" and I have to refresh until it lets me. There must be a better way.

GTKY: I just got back from a week in Hawaii that was really nice. I don't know if I'd consider it a full blown vacation since I had to still do school the entire time and we were there with all of DH'S family, but it was still nice to escape the winter grayness for awhile.
