Timed intercourse cycle - may turn into IVF cycle!!!!

Ok ladies.....here's the stats. This cycle started with femara for five days, Gonal F for a week and follistim for the week after that. I am doing a timed intercourse cycle. Each ultrasound had showed many pcos cysts and two very small follicles.  I had an ultrasound today which showed I still have not ovulated and I now have 10 follicles, all around 10mm...... they kept pushing more injectables to get my little follies to grow and now I have ten!!!! They measured my estrogen and said they will not be suprised if I mature all ten, even though I'm day 20!! I have another three shots of follistim for the next few days to see if we can mature a few instead of all ten, and then an ultrasound on Friday to see where we are at. My doctor says if everything is maturing on Friday I will be moved straight into an ivf protocol so we dont run the risk of me dropping ten eggs........Holy wow+!+ I am freaking out.i have been doing so many injectables and they weren't working+ and now all of a sudden I have ten follicles. I will either mature them all,or some of them, or they say I will overstimulate. How do you go from timed intercourse to ivf over night??? Has this happened to anyone else??? What are the signs of overstimulation???? freaking out ......

Hi, wow! That is great that they start growing, maybe not all so you could keep your timed intercourse plan, but wow.
My signs of overstimulation were (and I was only slightly so) that I had over 20 follicles, looked pregnant, was painful moving around and afterwards I was in serious discomfort. But nothing I couldn't handle, and would go through again if I have to (rather not, but I would)
