Pregnant after 3.5 yrs on Mirena

Good morning, y'all!
Congratulations to everyone!!
i just found out that my hubby and I are pregnant with our first yesterday!  I was on Mirena and loved it for 3.5 years before having it removed December 16, 2015. I had two cycles and now we're pregnant!  We are telling our parents and siblings immediately, aunts and uncles after our first appointment at 8 weeks, and everyone else after the first trimester. 
I look forward to going on this journey with all of you!

Hey welcome! I had Mirena in for 3 years and had it removed September 9th, 2015. It took us until February to get pregnant. I think you're going to like this board! Congrats and happy 9 months!

Congrats! I had my mirena removed in may 2015 after 4 years because it disappeared and we couldnt find it. Well now I am pregnant with my third.

Congratulations! I also had Mirena for almost 2 years, but had it removed in January due to cysts. One cycle later and boom, pregnant! Welcome!!

I had Skyla removed after ovulation in January.  Now here I am!

Congrats! So happy you were able to get pregnant so quick. I had my Mirena for a little over 2 years and it took us 8 cycles to get pregnant. Here's to a happy and healthy 9 months!!
