(funny) No chips???

Me and my SO are usually on the same page with everything. I am the type of person, especially now, that makes sure every one else is taken care of before myself. I have made it clear that weekday mornings before work the one person I need to worry about (after Odie is fed) is myself. I get myself dressed, made up, pump together, lunch together, feed my pet, then walk out the door.

This morning, SO asked me to make him a sandwich. He is getting his shoes on while I get the stuff together and I show him what he has and put it with the rest of the things we leave the house with in the morning. THEN, as we are walking out the door, he looks at his sandwich bag and says, in the most saddest of tones, "No chips?"

He is a pretty sarcastic person, so I ask him "Are you serious?" His dour mood and silence most of the car ride uncovered that he was. hahahaha He finally broke it down to me that he was hurt because when he makes my lunches there is love in the mayo and he always includes sides. I told him straight that if I had time to get him a full lunch together I would because I love him and like doing things for him, but in the morning I have too much on my plate remembering all the things I need to do anything to help him get out the door. Except start his shower, I love starting his shower for him :-D There is nothing better than darting from bed across a cold room into a warm bathroom with a hot shower already running. hahaha

But come on, guy, "No chips?" hahahaha How about no more air to breathe for you?

Last week there was a day where the baby had to be held ALL DAY or all hell broke loose. And holding was usually not enough, hold him AND move (walk, bounce etc). 
So after holding him for about 11 straight hours, no shower, no toothbrushing, barely ate, hubby takes baby to hold. Baby boy falls asleep and so I tell hubby not to dare move, let him sleep. After MAYBE 15 mins hubby starts complaining that his arm is getting sore from not moving and could I please scratch his back. Dude, I just held a baby for ELEVEN HOURS. Just deal with the itchy back!! I need to shower way more than I need to scratch your itch.

My husband told somebody that baby was almost sleeping through the night. Um, no she and I do not sleep through the night, you do! I could have slapped him right there!!!

My SO does this too then complains he's tired during the day like no I'm the one up with him!

Last few nights DS has had the cold and unable to sleep much because he's cranky then gets over tired but last night I got him down at midnight all settled and sleeping and I lay next to him since we co sleep. Then SO comes in and starts coughing everywhere so loud he wakes the baby. It kept happening so he's sleeping on the couch until he stops coughing.

My husband always tells everyone it's easy having a baby! I mean I can't complain our baby is pretty easy because he is always happy... But ya it's easy for him because I do most everything!! Can't wait to see what his thoughts are next week when I go back to work and he is on baby duty as much as I am!

My husband is the same. I make his lunch during the evening now instead of the morning. What pisses me off is when he forgets it. Like I spent 15 minutes making your lunch dear, I could've spent that 15 min doing something for myself for once!!!

I told DH that I felt unsafe walking down back roads in the new city we are living in because it's downtown and I don't know the area and there are a lot of homeless people around. He said I shouldn't feel scared because he's not scared. I said ok, well I'm a woman, it's different and he got all offended!!! He said that was a sexist remark and I shouldn't think like that. Ok buddy... A) Screw you and b) you aren't likely to get raped and/or robbed because you're a big scary looking dude. And don't tell me what I'm allowed to feel, asshat!

Yesterday my kids were tag-teaming flip outs all.day. When 1 would nap the other would be miserable so no breaks. I had to pick up my car bc it was finished being worked on so I went alone (these little 30 min outings are my only "break") when I returned (with dinner, dropped off the dry cleaning& picked up trash bags- still within 30 mins) my hubby's like "omg she's been flipping out the whole time!" 
OH man! All 30 mins? Poor thing

DH once said he was tired, because even though he didn't stay up every time the baby woke like I did, he still woke up every time DS did overnight. Fast forward to only a few hours later, with DH sleeping on the couch 5 feet from the pack n play with the baby, when DS wakes up and starts crying. DH doesn't move. DS starts crying louder because he had to wait while I got the bottle ready, and still DH doesn't move a muscle. I managed to feed the baby, change his diaper, put him down and pump before DS started fussing a little again. That was when DH finally moved a little, just enough to say "shhh, come on kid" before falling back asleep. If DS hadn't woken up again, DH would've slept through the whole thing. He's never allowed to complain about being tired again.

Oh yes, I love DH but I almost choked when he told me one morning how tired he was because he had to "put her paci back in her mouth like 10 times." Are you effin kidding me?! Try getting up with her 3 different times for an hour!

Yesterday, its getting near bedtime and the baby was getting tired and fussy. SO takes him into the bedroom and I think he is getting him put to bed. Forty minutes later, he is frustrated because baby is still awake. Then, he flips his lid because it does not compute to him how changing Odie's clothes and putting on lotion can help get him settled down and ready to sleep. This lead to the hardest night of feedings ever.
