Anyone with wound vac notice decrease milk supply?

I've had my wound vac for a week now on my cesarean incision.  It wasn't infected but the doctor decided to reopen my incision again with her finger so that she could check the underneath fascia to see if it was intact. Fascia looked good,  so they decide to let me heal with wound vac. I can only pump 2 Oz every 3-4 hours, and I gave birth 18 days ago.  Does anyone notice decrease in milk supply with wound vac on? Or is that normal milk supply? My baby is 18 days old.  I used to could pump 4 Oz every 3-4 hours,  but now it's 1-2 oz. I don't put him on my breast often because he's used to the bottle now when I was away in the hospital for wound vac.

Everyone's body responds to a pump differently, but I would guess that decreased supply would come from not putting the baby to breast as often. Pumps just don't remove milk the same way babies do.

Put him to breastfe as much as possible.... even if he ends up refuses to latch do some skin to skin.... it will help improve supply
