Teardrop shaped gestational sac

My wife miscarried at 7 weeks back in November.  Her numbers weren't doubling so we knew something was off.  This pregnancy they did so we were relieved.  However, after the 6 week 4 day ultra sound I'm nervous of another miscarriage bc the sac is clearly teardrop shaped.  The baby is measuring on schedule and the g sac is measuring a week behind.  The hb was 121.  Our RG said everything looked superb at the us appt but then again she didn't say anything last time we miscarried and the sac was really small.  Anyone have any experience with the teardrop shaped g sac?

    It could have just been the angle of the ultrasound. Mine was more teardrop shape but it was only because of the angle my doctor did the ultrasound at. If your doctor wasn't concerned and didn't say anything I wouldn't worry about it.
