Question

Hi I am new here, but not new at all to ttc. Me and my DH have been ttc for over 5 years naturally. Last month I finally found a doctor who will help me. My DH had SA done, I had provera to induce AF, who showed up with a vengeance. I then had HSG done.
Now last night I had a little tiny bit of spotting, but it's early for AF it's only been 24 days since the provera AF started. I have never had a cycle anywhere near this short, in fact I rarely have cycles at all. If I started on my own I am to call my doc to get u/s and start clomid. My question is, what if this happens to be implantation bleeding and then I start clomid and ruin it? Wouldn't it be too early to test positive if it is?

You will have an u/s and bloodwork before starting Clomid, right? It may be too soon to see anything one/s, although if it is AF I believe your lining thickness would be different than if you were pregnant, and that would be visible on u/s. Definitely talk to your doctor about any concerns.

You should know the difference between implantation bleeding and AF.  Implantation bleeding is more like spotting and not full flow.  Like the PP said, ask your doc about any concerns!
