Arm and hand tingle from deep sleep

Baby's 11 weeks and suddenly I'm experiencing a very tingly sensation in my left arm and hands upon waking up.  Baby sleeps with us (in his travel bassinet) and I'm breastfeeding about 3 or 4 times while baby goes right back to sleep.  I took a nap on the couch without baby and same thing with the tingly arm/hand.  Why now? Yes this is the same arm I tend to hold baby with more.  Anyone experiencing this?

My left arm started doing this about 3 weeks postpartum. My GP believes I have a pinched median nerve. I have a referral to see a chiropractor but haven't gone yet. It's annoying as hell and it's my left arm/dominant arm/always holding baby arm.

I hope you find resolve! If you can share your chiropractors advice I'd most appropriate it.
