Hi everyone! I am Kg and this is my first pregnancy! I'm 29 and my boyfriend is 31. Our due date is 11/24/16 (right before my 30th birthday). Last November I had a myomectomy to have 5 fiboids removed from the lower part of my uterus. We started trying as soon as I was out of the recovery period and was surprised by how fast we got pregnant! We are so excited! Due to the surgery I will not be able to have a natural birth. I am 5w2d currently, but I don't get to see the OB GYN until I am almost 9 weeks! I have a lot of concerns of miscarriage due to the recovery and family history so... cautiously telling friends and family. But I am happy to be here, where I can read and share with all of you!
I'm a researcher for a state agency. I am also a doctoral candidate and will defend my dissertation in about a month making me (hopefully) a doctor mom soon! We've been married a little less than a year. He has two kids from a prior marriage. They are 8 and 10. We also have two more kids - furkids - a girl and an old man dog. We said we'd try after my dissertation was mostly finished and I had a good post-grad school job. We did both those things a little earlier than planned and he was BEGGING me to try with him by Thanksgiving but I wanted to wait until the new year.
My husband and I are pregnant again (so excited) after a loss in mid-February. Both times we got pregnant as soon as we began. This was a surprise as I'm 28 and have endo so I had been warned by doctors early in my 20s that I should get pregnant by 25 or maybe not get pregnant at all. That didn't jive with my career so I put it off. With that first pregnancy, we found out fairly early (11 DPO) and got SO excited but than about 5 days later, I started to spot and it turned red and the baby was gone. I had some bad hemorrhaging and we both were off work a few days but I went back to work and the symptoms subsided. We decided to just have sex when we wanted to. I temped. No OPK's this time. Ovulated early (I think based on my chart) and then got a BFP about CD 25 (a week ago, basically). I have short cycles and with early ovulation I figured I was late. We waited awhile to get excited. According to the calculator, I am due around thanksgiving! I had some spotting yesterday (was more like beige mucus) but my betas are fine and baby seems good. Made me nervous but the doc did not worry. No cramping or pain with this one other than lower back pain and feeling super bloated. My boobs ache and have already grown quite a bit. Special bonus, I am already in the throes of morning sickness.
@Knottie52055485 Welcome! I'm sorry for your loss and I hope this baby sticks. It might help to change your username to something else so we can tell you from the other Knotties. It'll also help when people tag you to reply to your comments so they don't have to memorize 8 numbers. It's lovely to have you here!

I'm so excited to be joining the group. I'm 39 and hubs is 43. We've been ttc for well over a year and started fertility testing in January. After our first IUI in March, we're pregnant! I'm terrified of getting too excited, knowing the risk of mc is high, but trying to enjoy every day. I had 3 beta tests lay week and my hsg is doubling nicely. Go back for one more tomorrow and then hope to schedule our 6 week ultrasound for a peek at our little bean. Expecting a due date around thanksgiving weekend.
Hi everyone! Just found out we are expecting our second baby after TFAS for a little over a year, we are so excited! I used to frequent TTGP and my BMB during my first pregnancy but it has been a while since I've been on TB and can't get into my old account. Anyway, so happy to be here and nice to meet you all!
Hi all! I'm 30 and my husband is 32. We had been TTC since July 2015 and did our first round of IVF in January. We opted to do a FET so we could do PGD (genetic testing) on our embryos. We transferred one embryo on 2/24 and got our positive hcg beta on 3/4. We are due on 11/11 with a baby boy! We went for an ultrasound last week and saw a heartbeat of 134. We go back tomorrow. I'm nervous and anxious by hoping everything will continue to go well!
Hi everyone. After a few days of lurking, i can finally post. I haven't been on a birth board since like 2007 when i had my first, but it was such a great experience that I'm looking forward to it again this time around.
My due date is 11.15.2016
Cheryl 29 yo, currently residing in Las Vegas DH is 29 also.
Wanted to introduce myself finally...I'm due November 8th, although I have a feeling it might be an October baby if this one comes 2 weeks early like my son
I have a DS who is almost 2 1/2 and I was pretty active on the October 2013 board and am still friends with many of the moms, so I'm lookin forward to meeting all of you and getting to know you
This is my first post. I'm 31 and husband is 36. This is my first (and our first) pregnancy. We got married in September 2015 and quit preventing pregnancy in October. I logged in here almost immediately after the BFP and unfortunately it hasn't done much for me so far. I've jumped ahead to 2nd trimester boards because my unmedicated anxiety can't handle all of the MC stories. Please do not take this as being insensitive. I just didn't realize how common they were and how many different ways they can present themselves. Every cramp, every lacking symptom, etc. now has me freaking out. We have our first doc appt tomorrow but I'm doubting that anything will be seen as I'm only right before 6 weeks. I'm looking forward to this journey as I've been waiting for this moment for a very, very long time.
Hi there! I'm late to the party. I am currently 6w2d pregnant with my third. DH and I have two girls, ages 4 and 1.5. I am lucky to have easy pregnancies and deliveries and I'm hoping this one is no different.
Hey there! Introducing myself, I'm due November 18th. This will be my first baby. So excited and nervous. This site has been helping me through it. I am 25 and my fiancé is 27. Currently at the sick all the time stage... lol...
Hi all, this is my fourth pregnancy. We will have 4 under 6 when this one arrives around 11/14. We have all boys, so I am assuming this one will be too All mine have been delivered by c-section, so this one will be too.
Hi everyone, just got my positive last weds after trying since Christmas, we couldn't be anymore excited!! I am 30, from Canada, we have a 2.5 year old little guy named Asher. Hoping for a VBAC this time
I am due with my second baby on 11/8. We had an early ultrasound last week and saw a strong heartbeat! We go back in this week for our first "real" appointment! Excited for the journey- however the all day sickness can take a hike!
Hello All! Congrats to everyone! I found out I was pregnant (after 5 at home tests, and a blood test) a week ago. I'm 27 and my DH of 2 years is 35, this will be our first baby! I'm 5w2d and can't wait til my first appt in 2 weeks to hear the heartbeat. Seems like there isn't enough hours in a day that I can nap! All I want to do is sleep! EDD 11/26
Late to the party! I think that I'm 8w2d but will have a better idea after the first ultrasound this week. I have one little boy who is almost 2 now. I was afraid to go back on the bump because May 2014 was a scary crowd but after lurking a little this group seems much more supportive!
Hey everyone. I've decided to make it official and post here. I'm 31 and DH is 32 and we are expecting #2! DD is 17 months so maybe they will have the same birth month. EDD is 11/29. Looking forward to joining the group.
Ok let's try this again and hope my name is fixed. I'm 35 and we were not trying. We have just been enjoying life and neither one of us was sure about the lifestyle change. Now that it's here, we are beyond thrilled. Several of our friends who have had pregnancies this late have had problems so we are cautiously optimistic for now. I have never been pregnant and we are super excited!!! Our first appointment was scheduled for April 5th but we just got an earlier appointment for Wednesday because of a cancellation. Yay!!! I don't have many friends with kids either so I am hoping this group will be a great resource.
Hello! I'm 22 and this is my third pregnancy. My daughter is 13 months, and we miscarried in July. Now we are due November 6 with TWINS! So exciting! Send positive vibes please
Hi my name is Jennie Im 31 my husband is 27. We have been together for 8 years this is our first pregnancy. I am 5 weeks and 2 days. My first blood results were hcg 99 and progesterone dropped to 5.1 so hade to start prometrium 200mg 2x a day. Second blood results 2 days later hcg was 251. I will get my third results tomorrow. We went to a specialist so hes monitoring closely. Been feeling great aside from getting sick alot and my boobs hurt like crazy but i take my symptoms as a good sign. I do find myself nervouse waiting on my dr call to inform me of levels. Its our first pregnancy so just trying to relax and not over stress.
Hi all - making it official and introducing myself here. My husband and I have been TTC for over two years. We conceived in Oct 2015 but miscarried. After taking a couple months off, we found out on March 10 that we conceived again. Our initial levels have been good and moving in the right direction, so we're feeling hopeful. Anxious for my ultrasound and first appt. with the midwife. Our due date is 11/19.
Got my results back hcg went up to 1671 since last Thursday when it was at 251. My progesterone went up to 7.1 but still low she said not worried cause the prometrium 200mg 2x daily vaginally is in exactly where it needs to be. First ultrasound Thursday morning to rule out tubal she said just to be sure. Please keep fingers crossed for me!

Hiiii. I feel a little late to the party but I see there are still some other intros trickling in.
I'm lease and I'm pregnant for the second time after a later loss in August. Due 11/29.
I'm mostly here to try to feel like a normal pregnant lady after my difficult previous pregnancy. I was sporadically participating in my previous month board but want to try to be more active.
I like that you guys have started more conversation starter threads instead of just randoms. Going to go post in a few now!
Hello all! Late to the party but I'm hoping I can dive right in. I only lurked on my last BMB, never participated. I'm hoping to change that this time around. I'm married, due 11/25, and already have one son who will be 2 in July.
Hello! I told myself i would come out of lurking after my 7 week appointment which i had yesterday so here i am! I'm 29 and dh is 31. We have a two year old daughter and I was a serious lurker on the Feb 2014 board with her (like read every single post) but as I was due on the 28th I always felt one step behind. With this pregnancy I am due November 12th so I'm hoping being in the middle of the month will help me feel like i can be involved in the discussions.
@kg8006 it's a spreadsheet to keep track of everyone. It has username, estimated due date, actual birth date (for later), what number baby (example: 1, or 1 and 1 loss), team green/pink/blue, and baby's name (also for later). I can add you to it if you want, just give me your info. Welcome!

Hi my name is kendra I found out I was pregnant last week am not sure my due date as of right now I have a u/s today I am either 6 weeks to 10 weeks have have two girls 7 and 4. My 4 year old was born november.
I could not add anything to that doc, it will not let me and it did not let me finish my last reply but I have never been on something like this even with my last 2 so thought it would be a fun idea. Im 25 and SO is 28 didnt really plan to have another but I am excited and nervous all at the same time.
@kg8006 I got you added to the list. The teams are pink (girl), blue (boy), green (not finding out the sex). It's still early for that too so most people have nothing or green. The board organization thread at the top has a link to all the abbreviations. You'll pick up all the terms with time

Hi Everyone, congrats to you all!
I'm a bit late, was nervous to post as it makes it all real & I didn't want to ginx it.
My name is Meg, live in Sydney Australia, I'm 22 & hubby is 25. We have been married for 2 years, together for 6.
I think I'm about 5/6 weeks, I had an ultrasound this morning & she couldn't see anything yet but apparently that's normal as it's still really early. (Trying not to panic)
Also had a blood test today & get the results tomorrow.
I've been on a few of these boards before but only for a short period each time. This is my 4th pregnancy, the other 3 ended in misscarriage's (2 last year & 1 in January).
I've been referred to a Specialist (finally) which is why I had an ultrasound so early. My next appointment is Friday & I will get results back from tests that were done before I fell pregnant to see why this keeps happening to me. I'm hoping it's something that's really easy to fix, like a hormonal problem etc as when they did the ultrasound this morning they couldn't see anything abnormal.
I'm praying this is my miracle sticky baby!!
Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you all & hoping we all have happy, healthy pregnancies!
