Raspberry tea???

I have been reading lots and seeing other pregnant friends post about working raspberry tea into their regiment to help have a smooth labor! Any second time Moms try this? Anyone starting it now?

There's already a thread on this. The short of it is that most doctors don't recommend it because it can cause miscarriage.

...in the first or second trimester. If you go to the threat, a lot of moms (myself a FTM included) were told it was perfectly safe by the third trimester.

On a side note, if you have a condition exacerbated by estrogen, like fibroid tumors, I would avoid it. I had fibroids removed in March and they've already begun to grow back, so I was strongly advised by my OB not to drink anything with this as there's evidence that it can make things worse.
