6 weeks and nightmares

my baby boy is 6 weeks old nd he seems to be having baby nightmares. im not sure how to handle/soothe him. any tips on how to help them?

    If he is screaming out in his sleep it could also be gas cramps. Mines been doing that since about 2-3 weeks. If it's nightmares idk what to do but if it's cramps, lay him on his back and cycle his legs back and forth (the bicycle movement) it helps get things moving in their tummies so their gas cramps go away.
